at 5'11 I didn't really have that kind of physique until I was 170lbs. I've gone from 150 down to 130 trying to look like that but I couldn't maintain it and I looked too skeletal in the chest and shoulders to really make it look good. The lowest I go 160 these days.

your weight is a meaningless statistic without a BMI and hieght to go along with it. It's like saying a car has 4 cylinders- it doesn't paint a full picture.

It depends on height. So a better way to answer your question is about how much weight/height should you be. My guess is around 2.5 pounds per inch.
