>26
>6'2"
>100kg

>haven't had a squat or bench PR in 8 months

Hopefully my new coach can help with those.

Damn son, have you at least gotten an improved mind-muscle connection?

>5'10"
>more or less 5-6 months working out (the first 2 months I only went 2 times a week) and "dieting" (i don't have a strict diet, I only eat as much as I can of healthy food)
>went from 63kg at the start to 73kg now (but before that I was going through some health problems and had lost around 7-10kg in the period of 1 year)
>bench went from 13kg each side in the beginning of 2019 to 20kg for reps

How is my progress? Sorry about my english

Eat WAYYY more.
You're a manlet so you're just not eating enough.

I'm doing well to getting Ottermode but god, it's good to be back to lfiting

125 lb is too light?

Can't find a good routine. A lot of lifts I like doing and a lot I will not do because they always fuck me up. Made a list of lifts I like to do and trying to organize them into a routine that works.

Usually when I am on my last rep and it’s hard, my adrenaline kicks in a bit. Humans can really multiply their strength if they are in danger

OP here

Can anyone give me advice pls?

The whole picture is tilted, look at the window angle

I do not know much, but there is no magic. Try searching for a routine and diet that were made for people with your same goal (streangth, bodybuilding, etc...) and then all you can do is lift as hard as you can. I would be more accurate if I could, but I am a beginner too.

you're not eating enough. Eat more.

Work on obliques more, besides that, looking good

>24
>5,4" ultra manlet
>stuck between 135-139lbs for the last four months because I only have time for two meals a day
God fucking damn it I fucking hate being stuck here, I'm legit considering buying fucking mre packs just so I can eat at work in the morning. Fuck this is frustrating, my rep weight is still going up, as is my endurance on runs, but i just can't fucking gain weight.

Thanks. Added single sided dumbbell side bends and cable twists to my pull routine and I’ve noticed improvements in the last few months.

What is this autistic routine? Why do you think that you're smart enough to make a routine?

trying to cut fat despite doing cardio twice a week and eating less, lost 10lbs already but it’s getting harder to keep losing weight

Too afraid to do anything other than cardio, and too lazy to use myfitnesspal to count calories intake.

Why are you afraid of benching

I don't know what weight to do, how to do the exercise which machines to use, and I don't have a gym fren.
