I've been in, I wouldn't say similar situations, but situations where I got fucked over and was super pissed about it. What I did was learn from my mistake, specifically in my case see what was done to me and then do it to the other person. Doing that successfully made me feel good about myself.

So, I suggest you find the identities of all the people involved, get some of your buddies together, and then gang up on them one by one. You will feel great afterwards.
