What's an althean x?

Why does this guy look like a manlet?

when did you first find out that you have brain damage

Why did you buy it when you could take any free programs and augment them with the knowledge in his YouTube videos?

Hes only 5'4
t. Went to high school with Jeff

This sonofabitch just cracked the code!

How many sets and reps of facepulls are you doing?

OP here, give me 6 hours, will answer all qs. Bottom line for posting program is you pay to get access to a part of the website which is obviously put together in such a way as to prevent cut/paste of the routine (will elaborate). That being said I was really surprised with how comprehensive everything was on it, it's laid out nicely and you get a ton of shit.

Fuck off, Jessie
In all seriousness, I’m sure that’s true, but can’t you post screenshots?

How much rest between compound sets for getting swole?

haven you done your (NON NEGOTIABLE)neck pulls yet today?

I'm not OP, but I have purchased Jeff's AX-1 (lifetime access) and been at it for a couple of weeks.

I can also help answer some of the questions you might have.

20x4 and so should you

Not OP (but same guy that posted the screen cap), but I basically wanted a program that was easy to follow and would keep me honest. It included an adjustable meal plan and instructional videos for each exercise.
For someone starting out, this helps a lot.

I do one set of facepulls per exercise I do in a given day, for 10-12 reps.

See pic related.

I can't be bothered to upload everything. It's a lot.

I am not OP, but posting screens.

It doesn't matter, 1 minute, 3 or 5. Source- look at the experiments

Jeez, that nutrition shit seems like a lot of work. What the fuck, am I supposed to be some kind of chef?
Can you just get the same effect from eating chicken and rice, instead of all this gourmet BS?

You can get the same from following Scooby's free meal plan over at custommealplanner.com.

I personally wouldn't have paid for the meal plan by itself, but it came as part of the AX-1 program.

Thanks bro

Do you do the cardio days as they're prescribed or do you just do one you like? More often than not I'm too sore from the fuckin workout the day before to do the cardio (work the fuck out of legs, then wants you to so a Sprint circuit)

I started it last year and followed it for about a month and a half before I became almost constantly sore and had to stop. I started it again but hate how the exercises are different each week and how he says you only need a few things then out of no where you need an exercise ball for example.

Honestly, I'm probably going to look for another program. I like working out at home with what I have (power blocks, pull up bar, elastic band, adjustable bench) but fuck man I may as well do frankomans dumbbell only workout.

You can get your macros that way, but Jeff seems to have a maximalist approach while at the same time keeping you safe

I deviate from the plan completely on the cardio part. Not because the plan isn't great, but I was in pretty good shape in terms of endurance (jogging, running and sprinting), so I do some HIIT explosive strength stuff on those days instead.

Jeff is open about you being free to substitute any of the cardio days in the program with your own "favorites" from previous days.
You being sore is to be expected. I reached the 400 challenge (after ~1 month) and had to re-do the first weeks because I hadn't built up enough strength yet. This is apparently normal according to other guys in the forums.
The program also has substitute exercises (see pic related), which helps a lot if you don't have everything you need.

Attached: Capture.png (1153x1217, 151K)

Thanks, guess I'm just being a fag. Yeah I got to the 400 challenge and couldn't do shit that well so I restarted the weeks before I stopped.

What about some of the exercises, do you follow and do them to failure? I mean the spider crawls I couldn't do, I fuckin suck at push-ups. The burpee push up pyramid I got one set down then the second set I couldn't do 5/8 of the push ups for the first part of the set.

I just don't know what I should be expecting out of myself with the workouts and it puts me down when I fail some hard fuckin core

I do most of the home swaps, I really do miss the lat pull downs because pull ups are a no go and negatives are lame. I just don't get what I got out of the pulldowns.

I'll keep going I guess.

There are some exercises that I either don't know how to do properly and safely, or lack the strength to perform. I then substitute those exercises (like the spider crawl) with what I find on this infograph (also by Scooby).
My best advice is that you give each exercise everything you've got. Don't think about what you have to do once you're done with this or that. Consider each exercise a question of life and death if you can't perform.

I personally tell myself that my 4 year old son is going to die if I don't succeed, and that helps me push myself every time.

You should definitely keep going. At least try to finish the program in its entirety. Trust in the process, bro.

Just reported you to the site. They said you would most likely get your account terminated with no refund since you violated terms of service. They said its non negotiable.

Well aren't you a good goy. Good thing I've downloaded the entire thing already :)

Alright I'll keep going. Pic is related is today's shit. Gonna blow out my arms tonight. Thanks for the kind words

Probably has some slav genetics

Bought both Max shred and Max Size. Bretty gud so far

I purchased lifetime access to one of the programs just to see what it was all about. Seems like it would be ok if you have access to all the right equipment and a place to do things. I'm not going out and buying kettelbells and bands and shit, I also don't have a place to box jumps or sprint 120m or whatever.

I also bought his 6 pack promise app and I really enjoy it. Good to do a 7 minute ab circuit in the mornings. Highly recommend.

>I purchased lifetime access to one of the programs just to see what it was all about.
You just wanted to test the waters, so you purchased lifetime access? Seems like a sound financial decision.

I can't speak for that guy, but personally I purchased lifetime access for the sole reason that I wasn't sure if I could complete the program in 3 months (which is the default access), so I would rather pay a bit more and have it forever so I could make the most of it. Not only that, I log most of my workout in the Dashboard system that comes with it, so it's nice to be able to look at previous results and see how far you've progressed.

Naturally you could do all of those things with notepad, but you get the idea.

Oh. Yeah, I see. Sorry, .

What stocks do you recommend I invest in?

MSD medical.

Kek

Yeah I may come back to it at some point down the road, so I'm glad I got lifetime access to it. $97 isn't a big deal and I can always use it as a tax write-off.

There's nothing in that meal program that's difficult to cook. Ok maybe the honey drizzled sauteed carrots but you could just boil some carrots or something.

If you're anything like me, you rely 100% on the wife for any sort of meal prep. I'm not exactly proud of that, but I can't cook anything that will end up remotely edible.
It's on my todo list, though, to learn how to cook for myself. I've been spoiled the past 10 years, and being confronted with this meal plan has taught me that.

Eh no, I have no wife or gf so I had to learn to feed myself. What I lack in sex and companionship I make up for with tasty homecooked dinners. If you do decide to learn to cook think of it as something nice you can do for your wife.

You make a good case. I've been a pretty shitty husband the past couple of years and I should get my shit together. We're a family after all, and my son will see me not caring as something he will aspire to be like.

Thanks, user. Good talk.

You're welcome and don't take what I said as me being disparaging toward you. Nobodies perfect.

To be honest, I was a little upset. But I was able to take comfort in the fact that you're a pile of fucking garbage and I'm better than you in every way. I also imagined you sucking my dick, that made me feel a lot better.

Don't listen to that guy. I didn't take offense to any of it, but appreciate the notion anyway.

like you wouldn't beg for my dick up your ass, homo

That was mostly what made me feel better. The masturbation fantasies of rough gay sex with you. Don't listen to this guy . I took offense at all of it, and I applied the lotion to my anus (gay).

I am
::flex::

sounds like you're not eating well enough too, desu. Your macros covered?

user, is the camera work better than the YouTube videos?

So often the dude is giving great advice, but it is hard to actually tell how to do the exercises, specially when it comes to rotating exercises

Look man, don't take this the wrong way, but suck my fucking dick ok?

How old are the vids? In the last few years :~3-4 i have felt that his YouTube videos have gotten much much better.

Don't bother. In half the vids his penis "accidentally" pops out and then he's like "oops! Hope I don't forget to edit that out, tee hee!" He's a fucking creep faggot trying to show his dick to unsuspecting people on the internet. His fitness advice doesn't even make sense. You're supposed to pull your face... off?

>You're supposed to pull your face... off?
Well not on your first day, you're gonna work up to it. That's the whole point of facepulls, it's so that you can build up a solid foundation of arm and upper body strength that is required for pulling your own face off.
