The fighter is more intimidating, because he's a fighter. Fighers will always have a greater intimidation factor, because that is what they do.

For anyone who is not actually a fighter, then obviously tall height and heavy weight are the next more imposing looking things.

Among fighters, the largest tend to be the scariest, hence why there are weight classes.

Not to mention the amount of fighters who end up getting themselves shot. I don't know of any top level UFC guys who have done that, but at the lower organizations there have been a ton of guys who are legitimately dangerous who forget they are still only athletes in a fucking sport. They beat someone into hamburger. This might work in North Arabia (formerly Europe), but in burger land they end up getting shot.

There isn't any way to be invincible in real life. Fighters seem to forget that more than other athletes.
