Most Boring exercises

Cause you do them wrong

Shrugs. This is coming from someone who gets a lot of trap mires, but shrugs are what I least look forward to.
Lean forward while you do them.
how u make this exercise not boring. you sing a saong doing it? fk off twink
Exactly what's boring about lateral raises?
Not him, but I imagine I am a dragon and I’m flapping my wings as I fly to genocide some dwarves (manlets)
>how u make this exercise not boring.
I made a game of it. Seeing how many times I could lift those weights in a day, then trying to break that record.
I’m going to unironically do this.
I was just doing shoulders today and I fucking hated it
But if I don't do it I will remain a shoulderlet
Anything ab related. Especially planks. I swear to god time slows down when youre doing those tedious things
I play “Fly like an Eagle” and shout >lets fly baby, lets fly
Anything that I have to do twice.
So I fucking hate doing 4x12 weighted lunges where I end up doing double that because I have to work my other leg. This can be the same if you alternate with bicep curls. God it’s miserable
Do dragon flags. Planks are for people too weak to do anything else.
Don’t do planks, those are a waste of time
t. small shoulders
god dammit /fit
Dumbest fucking lift since who the fuck need to isolate side and front deltoid?
Also it puts an unhealthy stress on your biceps
Do all your compound lifts, you get plenty of shoulders work.
Its damn near impossible to grow your side delts without it. To use the muscle against gravity you have to lean forward and do a lat raise.
Post shoulders
>also puts unhealthy stress on your biceps
I've never heard of this problem. What is the orientation of your hand when you do them (pinky up), do you do it wight a slight lean, are your elbow slight bent?
You raise the weights higher to make a "Y".
make me
you have to go higher
considering a standing DB shoulder press is better for ALL purposes, it's also totally useless dog shit.
270°, 180°, 225°, 180°, 270°
DUMBELL
ROWS
This. I always try to lift it more times than last, or a heavier weight than last time, so that I can get a sense of "winning" at it.
Kind of autistic, though. I don't think many other people do this, but I can't be alone.
run the rack on lateral raises and u won't be bored you'll be too busy getting a sick fukin pump
Work too much on the traps
Seated calve raises
But what color of dragon are you?
A beautiful white dragon of course
I do these daily. I'm training for being a bird
Just imagine you're JC dieing for our sins
OK
>Tiny movement
>lots of weight in hands
>Taking up a squat rack for this
I do shrugs at the end of my workouts so my hands and forearms burn with the fire of a thousand suns.
Keeps them interesting, max grip gains.
Dragon Flags are CHOICE
Decent exercise.
Do L raises. One arm does the lateral out front and the other goes out to the side, alternate. They're far better
You really must be doing them wrong, especially if you think this is a front delt movement.
And no its actually one of the most important lifts, especially for natural lifters.
I do them religiously and my delts are fucking popping my dude.
what about hitting your side delts?
You dont think many other people use progressive overload?
That was the joke, user.
>DO EM RIGHT
any core exercise. It's just soo fucking boring and awkward.
DRAGON FLAGS.
Dumbest and weakest of dragons
Am I supposed to bend my knees and straighten my arms when I do this?
How about no.
I enjoy shrugs. You can hold at the top, pulse, do shrugged farmers walks, lots of fun ways to rape your traps. Plus i think trap pumps feel pretty decent.
I love the people doing these with help from their legs using like fifteen pounds while I do them strictly with 25's.
I do them with 45lbs barbells and cheat the fuck out of this exercise, what now?
No cunt that's shit form.
No, its literally proper form.

>not singing "come fly with me"
Like this?
>Not doing based push press
Like this?
>Not deadlifting into your shrugs
Bicep curls imo
>puts an unhealthy stress on your biceps
Except that this is the reason why Iron Crosses contribute to bicep development in gymnasts.
YES
>weighted sun praises
Bent elbows, pinkies up. Pitcher raises. Much more effective and safer.
Haha, he gets mired by traps
