working on a linear program (an altered SL), getting my lifts to 65/100/140/180, plan is to get there by end of april at the latest
then going to focus on upper body development, keep my strength, cut fat (currently 20%, would like to go down to 15%) and gymnastics work (i want to be able to dragonflag, planch, do a full flag and walk on my hands)

oh yeah, 182cm (manlet in disguise) and 94kg

Slows down for different lifts at different rates lad. You can only expect about 3 months progress on SS tops regardless of lift though.
