Become so disgusted with porn that you have no interest in watching. It’s easy to force your brain to associate things together. By jacking it to porn you’ve associated pleasure with watching other people have sex. This got me to a point where I felt unhappy after watching porn, and I quit watching not because I felt like I was forcing myself to but because I genuinely didnt like it anymore. I think this is the real way to lose the addiction. I still fap pretty much daily whenever I don’t have a girlfriend, but now I just use my imagination or solo images of a woman. I think this is fine, since it associates pleasure with imagining yourself having sex or with looking at women. There is nothing wrong with either of these, and I dont feel bad at all after jerking to them.
