Do these very lean guys who look this way all the time never eat a pizza? I mean who doesn't like pizza? These guys are never ever bloated and they literally always look ripped every single time they take their shirt off. They never fill out or go bloated ever. Always ripped abs and v taper.

As long as you eat a certain caloric amount you can be any weight. To answer your question, yes they can eat pizza. However, eating pizza frequently at an excess amount, and lack of exercise will make you fat.
