But tumblr and cnn told me eating healthy is expensive...

Ask me how I know you are 70kg

Depends on where you live. Shit in Alaska is expensive.

>weeks worth of food
>that
choose one

>priceless

A hearty kek, user

If that's all you're eating in a week, you eat like a fucking little girl, age 6.

Is this your afternoon snack?

>2191cal a day
I guess you want to be a twink forever

incoming americans

I'm 87kg and it's ~2200kcal, which is my maintenance.

I actually don't eat all the oats in one week currently, since I'm cutting

For real I would finish the eggs/meat in 3 days easily. Stay small op.

>had to slap his book in for cool guy points
Don't even disagree you're just a fag.

I down all that in 2-3 days lmao.

But OP you’ve failed to get any of the NECESSARY treats I need to get me through my stressful week of bitching about my coworkers, such as ice cream and a bunch of processed shit.

Good shit though, people can eat well for less than $25 a week. Can get bags of frozen vegetables, a roasted chicken, and eggs for less than $10 ez.

wtf how is your maintenance so low, mines at least 400 more at 86kg

bruh where do you live that oranges are 2 dollars a bag? same bag is $7 around me.

>people can eat small for less than $25 a week

FTFY

>no berries
>no bananas
>no nuts
>no kale
>no tomatoes
>no spinach
>no brussel sprouts
>no fage yogurt

Yeah, that's going to be a yikes from me

I seriously doubt you're eating 5100-7700 kcal per day
I don't count activity above sedentary when cutting
12oz chicken/1lb broccoli = 4 days
pasta/tomato sauce/5.3oz ground turkey = 3 days

Attached: file.png (1287x869, 225K)

Aldi. They're usually $1/lb

Attached: file.png (676x475, 385K)

>shitty onions fed chicken eggs with close to no nutrition compared to chicken eggs from chickens that eat their natural diet
>manmade fruit
>'natural' chicken thighs (nothing natural about the chicken's s.o.y diet)
>processed cooked milk
>tomatoes sitting and soaking up metal

no wonder americans are dumbed down and fat but at the same time with malnutrition

What app?

I eat 3 eggs, 6 ounces of chicken breast, and 3 ounces of ground turkey everyday. I'm also cutting so I'm assuming you are a little twink or haven't built enough muscle mass.

Youre shot

cronometer

OP, how the hell is that 1,050g of protein? I see a dozen eggs (80g or so), a couple of pounds of chicken (maybe 400g) and a gallon of milk (150g or so).

Imagine being this faggot

turkey, pb, oats

Attached: file.png (517x385, 72K)

Ah, didn't realise the jar was PB. I think you need to count less from the oats and pasta though; your ability to use their protein is limited by the peanuts, because you are short of lysine.

Proteins look bretty good.

Post body

How do you make 21 meals out of that? Or even 14 if you skip breakfast?

so first off, you're a fucking liar

meat is nowhere near that cheap in most of the country. that pack of chicken thighs costs 8 or 9 dollars here, that turkey at least 6. that peanut butter, at least 4. the milk more like 3.50, and you're basically throwing away calories and flavor buying the fat-free version like a basedboy.

you bought shitty tomatoes, everyone knows you go italian plum-tomatoes or bust.

what kind of meals are you planning to make? I could see making enough food for 5 days or so with that, assuming you have a variety of seasonings or other ingredients stored up. no way can you eat that turkey as-is though.

i mean, all in all you bought well, but your prices are fucking bullshit and you're lacking tie-together components to really round out your meals. I would not be able to eat like this long-term, and if you're trying to get Jow Forums this is pretty incompetent.

also stop with the kcal bullshit, my stomach doesn't give a fuck about the numbers I put into it.

Not organic oats

Enjoy your Round-Up

Guys, OP isn't a twink. He browses Jow Forums, he's ripped as fuck. He's just five feet tall, so cut him some slack.

The meat price looks accurate. I’m in Ohio

unironically the later stages of the redpill and ironpill intertwine and you become religious again, particularly after reanalyzing traditionalist authors and how they talk about the importance of the mystical

breakfast:
>6 days of eggs and oats with milk
I usually end up skipping a breakfast due to waking up late or being busy in the morning, but I always make sure to finish the dozen eggs per week
lunch
>overnight oats and an orange
dinner
>4 days chicken + broccoli
>3 days pasta, tomato sauce, and ground turkey (mixed in)

Lol please post body of the kicking and screaming fat boi who isn't going to make it that is (you)

It's accurate. He's just stupid and doesn't know how to shop.

Bought the pasta on sale last week (I stocked up) and the ground turkey isn't showing the right price, but here's the rest

Aldi is godly

That’s only enough chicken and ground (turkey?) for like 4-5(max) days though

worthless*

Stay poor vegan queer

That chicken in Canada(Hamilton Ontario at least) would be around $18

Nvm didnt notice it was thighs thought it was boneless skinless chicken breast

Hello fellow GIANTfag

The milk is cheaper than here in Europe.

12th post best post

Strawberries are more expensive than chicken this year pound for pound. Im pretty worried how overpriced cherries will be in summer.

buy organic frozen.

where do you live that a dozen of cheap eggs costs the same as 5 pounds of oranges

Attached: tjpt.png (628x507, 77K)

>dozen eggs
>one week
jesus, that's some serious restraint, I ate half a dozen for my dinner today, I really fucking love eggs

ummm no, not in that picture

check out proteinplus pasta, about 50% more protein per serving than regular pasta. twice as expensive, though

How much thighs are there in kg?

1kg chicken costs 10$ here -_-

This is what gets me. I eat a dozen eggs daily and this twink says he can make 12 last all week.

so many fatties itt lmao

What the fuck, 2lbs of chicken in southern Ontario is like twice that. Leafs are fucking cucked

christ you americans have it so damn easy, $4.20 for a kilo of chicken thighs.... thats AT LEAST $12 here

There is no fucking way that's right. I'm 200 lbs/90kg right now, eat way more than that and I'm having trouble gaining weight. Then again I lift 6 days a week.

But that's like barely enough for three days sempai? Are you cutting?

True but you have to keep in mind that they have zero consumer protection laws so all their food is the lowest quality bottom of the barrel trash. If you try to buy normal quality groceries it seems to be more expensive than in other countries (at least in the places I have been to).

Not saying I'm not jelly of their cheap bulks but there are some drawbacks as well (e.g. their "bread" is basically poison).

I pay half that and I get 200g+ of protein daily
how? ONIONS MINCE and chicken heart and sweet potatos you don't need anything else except maybe some fruit and salt and milk.

>near 0 fat soluble vitamins
have fun being sick and weak with bad skin

Literally everyone is religious.

Ah thanks user, I didn't realize you ate porridge for lunch too, I just assumed it was breakfast food

I live in MO, buy many things in Aldi:
Boneless skinless chicken breast: 1.89/lb
Whole turkey:

how much was your fedora

>$25 per WEEK
>oh boi here we go

try the same w/ $7
GLHF

>chicken thighs
>5 dollars
Where the fuck in the world could you ever get that many chicken thighs for just 5 dollars?

150 Grams of protein a day for a week with that? it's a joke r8

Fuck off. This is the Lord's Day.

>2200kcal for maintenance at 87kg
Aren't you starving?
My maintenance is 2300kcal at 47kg and I wish I could eat more without gaining weight.

This. I'm just looking at the photo thinking how it would probably run me $35 (maybe a little less if I ran around to find the cheapest option). The only saving grace is I can just get fresh broccoli for way less than that. Also there's no fucking way I could only eat that in a week, even on a cut.

How do you guys figure out your maintenance?

Thank you for supporting unsustainable CAFO's retard.

>Short of lysine
What are you, a genetically engineered dinosaur?

>Organic
>Implying it's any more or less healthy than GMO foods
Good job falling for the marketing

Is food that cheap in America?
I'm in Canada and the milk and chicken would be 3x that

Wtf? I'm 80kg and my maintenance is 3500. Do you like lift for 30 minutes per week?

How

Are you retarded? Where in Canada are you
Im in south Ontario, and all the FreshCos and Metros and Nofrills here sell 1.5$/lb of chicken and milk is 4liters for 4 bucks by the goverment
Also his prices are in USD

>metro
>any cut of chicken for $1.50/lb
if you're going to lie, at least try to be more believable. thighs rarely hit that on sale here. at best I'll see $1.99/lb for chicken legs or drums, on sale, and never at a fucking metro. he's full retard on milk though.

t. also southern ontario

jurassically underrated

boneless skinless breasts are the same price
Stop and Shop actually, just the New England version of GIANT
New England. They used to be $1.69 but the price went up recently
1.69 (U.S. dollars per pound) = 4.95401052 Canadian dollars per kg
oats. lots and lots of oats
