It’s cheat day, what did you guys shove in your faces today? I had tacos, brownies, candy, Oreos, soda and sandwiches.

I ate 500 calories above my goal because I had two extra protein bars.

I always have a meal at my favourite restaurant on Saturdays as a treat, just after training, but I stick to healthy options like rice, chicken, and fish.

Always keep your goals in mind, and make sure you eat towards them! Cheat meals are not the reward; your reward is the body you achieve by committing to your diet!

Cheating is bad. The worst I would do is a beer.

I quit my job and moved back in with my parents for a couple months until I get back on my feet.

They CONSTANTLY buy all sorts of junk food, and I have to turn them down multiple times a day. Cookies, cakes, pies, chips, soda, everything. Today my dad bought me a box of donuts, and I was REALLY hungry. I ended up eating a bowl of whipped cream and locking myself in my room to resist the temptation.

Gonna make myself almost a kilo of bourbon vanilla pudding. Can't get enough of that stuff.

I had so much terrible food yesterday I felt guilty and ill. Today I woke up earlier than usual but I still felt ill. Terrible farts.
This is not a sustainable way of life, bros. Whatever is the right thing to do, cheat days are not one of them.
