I'm speaking mainly about diet. What should you avoid? I got a 23andme health report and it says I'm unlikely to get a bald spot or recede before the age of 40 but it also said lifestyle factors into it. What do? I heard keto and creatine can cause it
What's the Jow Forums lifestyle to prevent hairloss

stop reading pseudoscience and get on finasteride.
Why would I do that when I've experienced no hair loss?
>23andme
how do you feel having SOLD your whole lineage, past present and future, to (((them))) just so you'll know if your shit genes will make you bald, faggot?
Unless you want to pay for some Chinese shit every day for the rest of your life, nothing you can do. Genetic on your mother's side.
If "just shave it bro" doesn't work, grow facial hair.
If you don't think you can have a healthy diet that is FAVOURABLE (not anything close to guaranteed) towards mitigating hair loss you are wrong
Most of the stuff we currently have on AGA is pseudoscience. You're a cuck
There's currently no information on what's the genetic difference between bald men and non-bald men.
Op if you're 100% serious about this, there's an archived thread from last year which details everything you need to do to keep your hair, from what you should eat, to how should you train to which habits should you keep during day and night, with almost one hundred scientific studies supporting the guide. If you're serious, read it and let me know. Ignore what the other retards say, most people here are either underage knowitall or coping incels.

Thanks for the link man, seems very autistic but I'll take researching it seriously
Read it all it's legit
Unironical knowledge 99.99% of the world population doesn't have. Only someone autistic could find this truth
i wish i had hairloss, would save me from having to shave twice a week
Eating 2lbs of cows liver per week stopped my hair from falling out. I also supplement with cod liver oil. I think it has to do with vitamin A and D3
If you have the baldcel gene, creatine and many other factors (stress, diet, becoming more high test by lifting and losing fat OR roiding etc) will accelerate it. But if you don't have the baldcel gene, you won't suddenly start balding because you did X.
And if you have the baldcel gene and start balding, these are your options:
>shave/buzz your head, try to own it (lift so you are ripped, grow a stubble, behave more like Don Draper than Hank Moody, dress like a man)
>get on Finasteride, Minoxidil and Nizoral shampoo (these will probably stop your balding or even reverse it slightly, but side effects are real and common, google them before you decide)
>get a hair transplant (expensive, results are hit and miss, leaves a scar no matter what technique they use, you absolutely HAVE TO use Finasteride for at least a year before the procedure and then for the rest of your life unless you want to end up like Wayne Rooney - oh and you can't really go with option #1 after transplant because then everyone would see your gnarly scars)
>get a hair system AKA wig (about 1000 bucks a year if you do everything yourself, look very realistic, lots of hassle because you have to attach and re-attach it once a week, touch up your hairline at least once a day, find an affordable stylist who will cut it for you etc. - try going on a 2 week trip somewhere wearing a hair system)
>scalp micropigmentation (LOL)
I went with option #1 and it's been alright so far. Women I've banged always tested me about my baldness by commenting/teasing/questioning but I didn't react and got the job done.
Redpill me on nizoral
DHT stands for Dihydrotestosterone and is the main cause of hair loss in men. DHT levels reduce the hair follicles ability to promote hair growth. It does this by restricting vital vitamins, proteins and other nourishing chemicals from reaching the hair roots. However, there are suggestions that Nizoral shampoo and Ketoconazole can act as DHT blockers.
Using Nizoral shampoo is pretty straightforward as long as you follow the instructions on the bottle. For most instances, use the shampoo twice a week for 2 to 4 weeks, leaving it in your hair for around 4 minutes.
Although the risk of side effects are low, it has been reported that Nizoral can cause skin irritation and even hair loss in extreme circumstances. As this is the opposite of what we're trying to achieve, it's important that you do your research before trying this treatment.
Buzz it or shave it, you can't lose something you don't have.
Intredasting
Minoxidil (at least) and Finasteride. Everything else is a cope/meme
Yet there is no baldness in indigenous tribes. Baldness comes from modern society affecting our health much like low T, depression etc.
it's clearly not genetic if you know anything about human history
then have fun regrowing hair with your "traditional methods" mr natural scientist
You shouldn't avoid as much as you should eat a balanced diet that gives you all of the nutrients your body needs to regulate and maintain itself.
It's probably not possible but i do have nice thick hair. Thanks mom for breastfeeding me
this guy is right. Starting getting big temples on top of my big forehead. buzz is the only cut that still looks good. Its important to have low bf% though, since it will put more focus on your face and jaw area and/or have good beard genetics.
Another nice side effect is that its practical as fuck, hair doesnt get in the way when training, you look sharp when waking up, its cheap to maintain ( get a good machine for 20-30 bucks and do it yourself or let a relative do it).
If you have a bad face one of the cope options may be the only way to safe your looks sadly.
Bra just have hair surgery. It's 8k€ max for a very good job.
Thor's had an hair transplant. He takes fin and still is the strongest man on the planet.
I'd apply min first before hopping on fin and finally to getting a transplant.
How the fuck do you "decompress the galea"?
