Should I feel bad for doing Squats and OHP back to back? I feel like a jerk for taking up a rack for that long, like there's an unspoken rule against doing two exercises in a row without letting someone else on the rack. Am I just overthinking it or am I being That Guy?

In my gym the fucking ceiling is too low where most of the weights are and I'd wreck the ceiling panels. I just go to the one piece of equipment that shares the room with the cardio machines and OHP there. The other squat rack.

Seriously though the only actual barbells in my gym are in the racks. The rest are those rubber set weight things that top out at 45kg. So either i take a barbell out of the rack and do ohp in the dumbell area or just do ohp in the rack.

I do cardio by jogging to the gym or skipping at home. I'm not wasting a trip to the gym with professional lifting equipment to run or cycle on the spot. In and out in most efficient timing. Not wasting time showering there. I shower the moment I get home. You make a lot of assumptions based on people doing things differently (i.e. not spending 2+ hours hanging out at the gym.)

There's three racks, one deadlift platform, and four barbells. There's no sense not doing it in the rack as it would leave a rack without a bar.
