Just got my blood work back, test level is 240 ng/dL.
Been lifting for 2 years and only bench 100lbs. Should I /fraud/?

Did you get e2 tested aswell? Pls share
I didn't, but I'm assuming they will want me to get more blood work done to confirm. I'll ask for E2 as well because my sex drive is fine, which could be a sign of high E2.
you realize that frauding will lower your T levels to lower than their current level after a while or once you stop? just fix your diet, stop doing cardio, do sprints, and lift as heavy as possible for 5-6 reps. hitting a large muscle group like legs for a ~6rep (until failure) on heavy weight will increase your test. sprinting will too. dont do long cardio because it decreases test
Do you eat in a 500 calorie surplus each day?
No, you have to fix whatever the fuck it is you're doing wrong, which is probably diet/sleep/vitamins.
I would probably do TRT for life if I do. I do lift heavy (for me) and I don't do cardio (but I think I should)
Yes
That would be the ideal solution yes. Diet and sleep is fine. Which vitamins would your recommend, doctor?
After a while? No. When you stop? Yeah, but for a guy like OP its not worth it to PCT for lmao 240ng/dl. OP, just cruise bro, look up 250mg Test E x 100ml on the gay panda.
Op here, what is PCT?
Also what's the gay panda
Post cycle therapy, you take SARMs used to fight breast cancer (nolvadex or clomid) to jump start your natural test production. You do this if you ever need to come off the juice.
If you haven't already, you need to binge read the wikis on (((Reddit))) /steroids and /testosterone multiple times.
I've been reading a lot about TRT and low testosterone but not steroids in general. I would just use TRT to bring myself up to natty levels. Right now I feel like a sad old man and training is pointless because I'm weak as fuck
I hear you, same low T boat as you, but you should really check out the /steroids wiki because it is a well put together document, plenty to learn that /test doesn't write about, etc.
Will check it out, thanks.
Also, why do you say this?
> its not worth it to PCT for lmao 240ng/dl
There's 3 possibilities
1. Your form is shit
2. You're not recovering correctly i.e. not enough sleep/food
3. You're doing some retarded brosplit routine put together by a trainer or even worse, yourself
You need to spot the problem and fix it.
By the way, it would be pretty helpful if you gave us some numbers. Age, Lifts, Routine, Weight, Height etc.
That was not me, that was someone else.
Their point was most people PCT to get back to natural T production, but if you have low T, it's dumb from a fitness/health/well-being perspective to go back to your natural(ly low) levels.
That said, there is some evidence that doing roids even once will provide a systemic benefit:

But it's not great. All said, who knows, "male hormone optimization" has become a political topic so do not expect well funded studies to come out anytime soon.
You are saying these cause low testosterone?
That guy didn't say that, it was me. Basically when you inject testosterone your body shuts down natural testosterone production to keep things balanced. Obviously when the injections stop, the body will start producing again. However, after stopping injections your body will be full of estrogen which inhibits testosterone. PCT drugs (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators) hold on to estrogen receptors so that it gets blocked and so that testosterone production gets open season to make as much testosterone as possible without being hindered by estrogen.
However, your natural testosterone production is just so low, you would be using PCT only to come back to so low production anyways. It's not worth it because 240ng/dl is abnormally low where it is unhealthy. Just inject testosterone and stay on it for life. Don't come off (PCT)
Nope, not directly, only recovery applies here, but with a 100 lbs bench I'd focus on that first.
The gay panda is a source for testosterone. We are not allowed to share steroid sources on this board that's why it's called the gay panda. However it's not really called the gaypanda but once you find it you will know which one I meant. Good luck
Thank you
Did you see the part where my blood work reads that I have clinically low testosterone?
Go to endocrinologist.
Have same problem, T at 200-300. Did blood tests and behold prolactin at 2500, then MRI and boom prolactinoma. Now I am taking Bromocriptine which hopefully will lower prolactin and restore T levels to normal.
Just get on testosterone replacement therapy.
Thanks again. I am hoping TRT (if I choose it) will be covered by my medical insurance in Canada. Still, I will find this gay panda you speak of.
Thanks, that's the plan. Hoping to fix my levels without TRT. pinning for life is a last resort.
Yes I did. It's not as much of a problem as you think, you just need to fix your diet and sleep. You probably have mineral and vitamin deficiences as well, screwing your test even more. Now post your age/weight/height/lifts/routine
