You look fine, except your body fat is at least 20% you fucking retard. You need to cut down to around 8-12% to look good. Fast and you'll probably only need about 2 weeks. You can't just bulk forever if you want to look good, you have to cut once your body fat gets that high.
I mean, lifts always stall when cutting, you shouldn't be expecting anything else.

I didn’t start to look good until I was a little beyond 1/2/3/4 for 3 sets of 10 and relatively lean.... emphasis on the “lean” part. 1/2/3/4 is just a baseline for being above average in strength.

Look. Do you want aesthetics or heavier lifts? This is why we usually do this seasonally. It's getting to be spring soon. Cut, but not to harshly and lose weight slowly. If you can shave off 500 cals a day, you'll be like 15lbs lighter by June. Get on it so you can bulk again for the winter.

I stopped barbell OHP, Deadlifting and Squatting >1 year ago do only specific movements to compensate.
Dumbbell OHP = 40kg (88lbs) for 8-10 reps.
Benchpress 1RM = 160kg (350lbs), but I do working sets with 3 plates for 5-7 reps.

Compound lifts are for insecure, penile-challenged bitchboys. Trash like Starting Strength or powerlifting programs should be mocked to fuck on here. I wasted a year getting beyond intermediate strength all for nothing, it was only after that I started a traditional bodybuilder-style program did I start to see any muscular gains even with the same diet, same sleeping schedule, same everything. Compound lifts are a fucking joke, if you want to either be a skinny twink or fat fucker, do your compounds; but if you want to actually look like you go to the gym, start doing a hypertrophy routine.

Barbell OHP is a nice exercise, might implement it in the future.
But I just like the range of motion more and the feel for my joints with dumbbells. Only flipside is to get the heavy dumbbells up, you dont have that with a barbell.
I don't do deadlifts or squats anymore because when I went really heavy my body just couldnt recover properly, since I lift 6 times a week and like much volume with high intensity.
Hitting the muscle I want to train with more isolation is easier for my CNS.
I throw them in just once in a while so I dont lose too much strength in these exercises and dont forget the motion.

you have a great base of strength. Set up training blocks for the next year. 3 months of bodybuilding and symmetry training and 2 months of strength after to maintain your lifts. You will end up with injuries just chasing 1rep maxes or 5 rep maxes eventually. Enjoy the pump user.
