What's the point of drinking all of those calories when you could be more full by just eating protien? I'm 5'9" 150lbs and I could down like 3400 calories a day and still be hungry enough to eat and not need to "cheat" in calories. The only time I use protien powder is if I ate a bunch of fucking carbs during the day and need to get a bunch of protien in few calories. And lord knows i'm not going to be drinking my calories when on a cut, that's retarded.

1 cup of oats (blended into a powder first)
then add 2 overfull scoops of powder (I use gold standard french vanilla)
then 2 bananas
then 1,5 cups of frozen strawberries
two large spoonfuls of peanut butter
5% fage yogurt
1.5 cups of milk
Then blend it all together, if it's looking too thick I'll add a little bit of milk while blending until it gets the right consistency
