Currently on a bulk, eating a little over 3000 calories at 5'9, 65kg. I do an upper/lower split four times a week and half an hour of LISS cardio twice a week. Not really gaining weight though, but I just can't imagine needing so many calories when I'm a manlet DYEL.
>tfw I'm 1,75m/70kg You're definitely not having an intake of 3000 calories, trust me

More calories. Although I'm 6'3 208, I need ~3600 to bulk with nearly any progress. I would try like 3200-3300 a day for 2 or 3 weeks and see what happens

Cardio will make the bulk harder.
If you're not gaining weight add 500cal
Alexander Nguyen
>add 500cal Getting to 3000 is difficult enough as it is. I’ll just reduce cardio to one session and see what happens. Is cardio really that important?

In what sport could such a rump be a benefit over the sinewy, skinny bodies of typical athletes?
Jumping sports perhaps? Something that uses the legs and glutes maybe? Use your head bud

I got fat. Started the blood sugar diet two weeks ago. Currently doing 800 a day. Those first few days were tough, but it's working for me. Am 5'7, was 194lbs. Im 12 days in and have lost 19lbs.
