Do you workout in the morning or afternoon?

university student: wake up 5:00-5:30am, arrive at gym 5:45am, go to be at 9pm-midnight depending on homework

wake up at 11:00 am or noon, go to bed at 3-4 am every night. usually work out about 9pm

wake up at 7, in bed by 11
workout in the mornings before class, except on tuesdays and thursdays when i have early class i workout after, always around 10-11 am

5am on workout days, 6am every other day. i workout in the morning before going to work so i can't make excuses for not doing it after work because i'm too tired or something equally lame. and doing it before work really helps me maintain a steady energy level and positive, calm mentality throughout the day.

Some post the activated almonds guy and cultured vegetables

Work for myself, but I still get up at 4:15, that way I can get to the gym right at opening time, when there's almost no one around.
Try to sleep at 20:30, but my insomnia gets in the way most nights.

>30 mins of golf

Home gym. My company gives me a $1000/year credit to use for anything health-related because it’s supposed to work out to lower health insurance costs.

Last year I just bought $1000 in gift cards to Rogue Fitness so I have $2000 this year to spend on some new equipment.

i fucking hate this fucker. Someone tell me what good reason there is to wake up at 2:30. Its not impressive at all, just shift your sleep schedule around and done. On top of that he misses out on 1 hour of sleep every night. I woke up at 4:30 to hit the gym at 5 am just to see how it is, it fucking blows. There are no benefits, why would i keep doing that shit?

I don’t get people who exercise in the afternoon... I never have enough energy after a long day. Best to do it in the AM when test levels are highest.

Kek
Literally my life during spring break

4:45 and 21:30
Some nights it takes longer to go to sleep, or I have school work that needs me to stay up
I very rarely stay up beyond 00:00 other than going out with friends once in a while

I do that to work out before work. I have to go in at like 630.

I make 82k a year. So, I'm not quitting the job. And I have to get the wo in before work, otherwise I might work over and fuck up my routine
