Sometimes I'd love a pizza or fries, a bag of potato chips or a massive plate of lasagna. I know we do this for a reason, but some days it really hurts. Especially when friends are eating like pigs.

It's my bday weekend so I'm cheating today:

-3/4 cup oatmeal with 3 tbsp peanut butter powder cut with 2% milk
-carrots with hummus, cottage cheese
-two beef patties, baked beans, homemade amish-style mac salad
-slice of homemade lord baltimore cake
-a couple style wit biers

When I'm surrounded by friends and family who dgaf about what they put in their mouths it's refreshing to come to Jow Forums and see I'm not the only one who plans his meals and knows exactly how much protein/calories are in my daily intake.

It’s Sunday today. So i took it upon myself to figire out how to make keto pancakes and keto cookies. They turned out alright. Unlike regular ones you REALLY dont feel like eating more after having one.

Breakfast
>3 eggs
>60g steel cut oats, 15g raisins, 61g protein powder (two scoops)
>Natto container
>Black coffee
>500 ml green tea
Lunch:
>Handful of blueberries, black berries, pineapple
>Grilled chicken breast
>Dollop of guac

Pwo
>42g protein shake

Dinner
>500g turkey breast
>Handful of nuts
>Shake of 15 oz of beets, 1lb broccoli, 100g broccoli sprouts, 450g tomato juice

Swp that out with tea to reduce your caffiene intake. And then eat something big to fill your hunger. Even if you're cutting you shouldn't be starving.

Does Aparagus cause farts? I might try some.

Like the store bought? That's high in sodium. Use actual tomatoe.

>salmon, egg white, spinach scramble 400g
>some crackers
>green tea
>rice + spinach + chicken + sweet potatoes + peas

a can of black beans with no salt added
cup of frozen veggies
boiled them together with some tabasco

what's wrong with this?

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with 2 turkey sausage links, diced jalapeño, 2 fiber wheat bread slices (70 cal for 2)

Lunch: vanilla protein shake with 2% milk

Dinner: maggianos bread loaf, fried calamari, chicken Parmesan (lighter choice with pomodoro sauce and thin fettuccine noodles)

Total came out to about 1900 cal, 157g protein.

Going to meal prep 4 days worth of turkey chilli tomorrow. Incredibly cheap

Yeah and how much sodium is in everything else? Also I'm training my ass off for Denali and have somewhat low BP (98-110/70) as is.

I'm just trying to see how far I can safely take it. Yeah am cutting, doing 1200 caleries a day atm.
Want to be disciplined and get through the hard days.
Ty for the tip but im sure there's just as much caffiene in tea as coffee anyway. Plus I can't drink tea without milk. So there's that too.

I can literally only cut by doing Intermittent Fasting, those small meals dont cut it for me i eat 1800 calories in 2 meals and i feel temporarily satisfied im still hungry as fuck all the time.
