Decided to look up what i need, at 6’3 working out 6 days a week i need 3000 just to maintain my auschwitz stature, probably like 4000kcal to grow at a decent rate

You dont have to eat 1000kcal surplus, that will just make you fat.

You will turn fat. Im 200 pounds at 6 foot something and eat 3500kcal and im getting heavier.
Eating so much will have no effect at the beginning but once you've reached the event horizon you will turn fatter and fatter in less and less time.

You're going to need to drink some calories. Heavy cream helps. Add olive oil to your food, or whatever fat you like. You'll need to eat something every two hours or so.

I know you go on a cut, which makes you weaker, which makes me wonder wtf was the point? or do you lose way more fat than muscle so it's only a small amount of strength loss for a substantial amount of fat loss?
This is complety dumb. Whats the point of maxxing out on strength if you look like a fucking fat blop and then have to go on a month long diet and losing muscles again?
If you are on juice you can diet as much as you want and keep your muscles + increase your strength but as a natty? Hell no. Build up slowly but steadily and keep your bodyfat low enough so you can get trough with your diet in less then a month.
Everything else is fucking pointless.
