/ck/ failed me completely, I come to you seeking answers.

Food has always been important in my life as a point of bonding, tradition and joy amongst my family and friends. I love cooking.
I've recently had a daughter and started becoming Jow Forums and it's going great. I don't want to have to fall into the depressing bland samey fit food trap and i'm looking for some recipies. Either provide a recipe you like, or create a meal from the list below. Bulk and Cut meals accepted. I'm currently spending £100 a month for 3.6kcal & 190g protien a day so bonus points for including price, calorie, protein and time stats.

>Protien:Chicken, canned fish ,beans (all types, rotate reguarly), eggs, turkey, any lean meats, fish or shellfish if they're on offer.
>Carb: Rice, whole grain Pasta, Potato, Sweet potato, Oats, Cereal
>Veggies: Spinach, Brocolli, Kale, Mushroom, Pepper (red), Onion, Garlic, Carrot, literally anything else as you feel like it
>Fruit: Bananas, grapes, oranges, apples, berries, literally any fruit you feel like
>Fats & Dairy: All Nuts, All seeds, Milk, Greek yoghurt, Olive oil, Peanut butter, Cheese, unsalted butter
>Sugars: 80%+ chocolate, Honey
>Spices & flavourings : Pepper, Rosemary, Chilli, Pretty much every herb & spice there is including spicy. NO salt, NO premade sauces.
>Drinks : Water

Currently i'm making a lot of chicken & chickpea based curries, eating fucktonnes of eggs and potato.
A favourite fast low effort bulk meal atm is 2 jacket potatoes (sweet or plain) topped with Yoghurt, Chopped whole onion, Chopped garlic, Tuna can, splash of red wine vinegar & lots of pepper. 5 minutes with microwave, 15 with oven, like 400 cals, 39g protein, super cheap when bought in bulk,

Why no salt?
Do you not have tastebuds?

You sound like a retard but ill take the bait.

As an ex chef the best way to make food and not become bored by it is to work your way through different cuisines. I can assume that you are a retard ameri-burger and therefore have no taste in things other than procecced cheese and sugar so you're off to a bad start.
Maybe try Mexican because there's a chance you have eaten good Mexican and will then have some baseline to work with.
Find restaurants that you like and from there find chefs and buy their cookbooks- learn to read in between the lines when making recipes.
Etc

salt is naturally in most food so i can get req levels that way. Besides im already huffing meat and egg so i dont want to make things unnessesarily worse for my blood pressure especially as im getting older, moving up in work and have a senpai i expect stressors to be plentiful.

>do you not have tastebuds
i literally allowed every herb and spice in addition to a whole section on fats both of which can be added to make things taste different / better if required.
If you need salt to make your food flavoursome then you're beyond saving

bong, never had Mexican food. Got any good recipies to try mr chef?

If you're eating eggs without salt you might not make it bro.

Lmk any other questions you have about food tho I'll answer them in the morning

Chilli con carne is a great Jow Forums meal and is very freezable so great for midweek lunches and can be used as a basis for several other meals.
Once you get the spice/flavour profile to your liking for chilli you can use that as a basis to move onto other Mexican/spanish dishes.
AMA re anything fit food related so much of the shit I see on here makes me sad for so many people- eating fucking trash or going the whole "food = fule" route.
very depressing

My guy

Do you have a chilli recipe you'd recommend?
What spice profiles do you think work well?
Im interested in hearing any recipies or food wisdom you have.

Also does anybody have any recipes for Liver specifically? I've heard good things but I remember thinking it tasted rancid as a kid, I want to give it another go

Protein powder is NOT just for shakes. I use it to flavor bland foods like plain oatmeal by mixing it into the cooked oats.

Also, certain protein powders turn into marshmallow fluff consistencies if you SLOWLY add in water. Can work nicely as a protein rich, low sugar topping on sandwiches and bread.

This is in French but there is a video tutorial. Basically only liver, oignons. Replace the butter by olive oil.

need pics of daughter to continue

Just started a job selling produce to restaurants excited to be working with chefs. Granted some are pretty rough around the edges.

I want to fuck that potato

Every food needs salt, even desserts. You don't know what you're talking about.

t. Cook

Something simple like this: katieatthekitchendoor.com/2017/04/19/corn-and-chorizo-tacos/

Remember: mexicans put fresly squeezed lime and hot sauce on anything.

Chili con carne is a tex-mex dish

>ameri-burger

you can get alot of bang for your buck from post prep leftovers.

meat and fish bones and skin can be boiled to make meat and fish stock as a base for soups and sauces .
same applies to hard vegi peelings like carrot potato or swede.
all stock can be frozen in ice cube trays for later too if you dont have immediate use. The longer they boil the more intesne the flavour

sturdy fruit peels like lemon orange cucumber pineapple etc can be added to a jug of water in ghe fridge filling your drinks with vitamins and electrolytes

God damn I'm making that on my next bulk.

thats a lot of fucking cholesterol too come to think of it. I doubt its a huge deal if you're healthy and train really hard. just drink water and sweat a lot.
