Why the FUCK do I eat so much?

Guys, help me stop eating so much. My appetite is fucking huge, I could literally eat all day. I eat weird combinations of food too. Chocolate cereal, then pickles, then chips, then fruit. If it wasn't obvious, Im really bloated too. I dont even eat a lot of bad food, I just eat SO much. I need to start working out again too... its been a long while.

I'm trying to fast but its fucking hell. The mind is willing but the stomach is weak. Help me.

Those 3 sources of food. Eat only those for awhile and you’ll find your appetite balances to a healthy state.

I stopped eating like that by using some shakes I bought at walmart dont remember the brand well, I drank one every 4 hours I was awake, and ate 1 good meal around noon. After a while I think my stomach shrinked and no longer had to eat that much, my apetite also decreased to this day, I think it took me 2 months of shakes and then 1 month of intermitent fasting.

it also saved me money since I could buy dinner and breakfast for 2 weeks for just 40 dollars.

Don't buy shitty snacky foods at the store, learn to cook and nutrition basics. Exercise some self control. Associate those foods as the crap they are

Ive been drinking a shit ton of coffee so my fasting periods are bearable. Am I able to fast for a whole day? Will it help?

The hungriest i am is when i consistently consume artificial sweeteners. THROW THAT SHIT OUT. It drastically increases appetite
