There's plenty of vitamins that are hard to get from food in optimal quantities. Vitamin A ain't one.

lmfao no, almost nobody eats enough organ foods/carotenes to get optimal amounts of vitamin A. If you want optimal levels you will have to make a conscious effort. Either through supplementation or a change in diet.

I gotta say, I notice fuck all from all of these except vitamin d. Ever since I've started taking it (over a year ago) I haven't gotten sick, so I can definitely attest to the "immune health" thing. All the others don't do shit, or if they do the change is so subtle I don't even notice.

Nice stack m8, mind a redpill on ephedrine as well as noopept?

I've researched my stack for such a long time, put so much effort into it and experimented with them for years
its ~40 different shit carefully selected and synchronized
not everything is legal or easy to obtain
timing dosing and cycling is also taken into consideration

ephedrine = start slow and don't stay on it for too long. Don't do shit that gets your heart HAMMERING like sprints, battle ropes, etc. Slow and low is better when it comes to cardio. Weightlifting is fine. Don't exceed 500mg caffeine and 75mg ephedrine/day. As a matter of fact I'm gonna be lowering my own dose to just 16mg 2x/day, or 48mg total just to be safe.

Watch out for depression, insomnia, and anxiety. If you don't normally feel these symptoms and they're coming out of nowhere STOP taking ephedrine.

Expect to be less hungry, sweat more easily (especially during sex, have a towel on standby), space doses out every 4 hours, leave 4 hours between your last dose and bedtime or good luck sleeping. Don't stay on it for longer than a month at a time (my own advice).


Noopept = slight but measurable improvements in cognition, recall, and neural plasticity (understanding new concepts, solving problems). Buy bulk powder, and space out the total dose throughout the day if you can be fucked (I can't), or don't.

Watch out for depression, anxiety, and paranoia. If you experience any of these STOP taking Noopept. Do NOT take Noopept if you have a family history of psychosis.

Tons of info online. Don't believe the fear-mongering, but do not underestimate the potential for these substances to fuck you up if ABUSED. Key word here is "abused".
