leg routine is based off of conjugate, with main work being based off of prilipens chart for reps and sets ( 65, 75, 85, and 95% intensity days). all accessory work is bodybuilding with the focus on what muscle is weakest (identified based off form breakdown at 85-95% maximal weights), going from compound lifts to accessories.

reverse hypers
leg curls
abs
maybe some calves for fun

snatch grip/deficit dead 5x10-12

thats what i built a majority of my legs with, with some variation in accessory selection based off of what i felt needed to be done or what i wanted to do.
currently focused on bodybuilding with a similar attitude, heavy compound first, bodybuilding accessories with a lot of volume after, focusing on quality movement and mind muscle connection. dont be afraid of isolation, but you better squat at least 275 for reps before they become worthwhile
