Body improvement

I have 21 days until I start going to Uni.

Within that time I want to improve my physique as much as possible. Without going to a fitness studio/a gym however. I cant stand those places.

I am 1,75m tall (5'74) and I weigh about 49kg. So I am pretty short and really damn skinny.

I have been doing 60-100 push-ups everyday for about one week now. However, since yesterday I cant even do a single push-up because the pain in my arms is intense.

So: How do I do it? How do I improve my physique, my body as much as possible within just three weeks? Is it even possible to change anything within just that time?

You're never gonna make it. Not because it's physically impossible, but because you're a fucking moron. And that makes me happy.

I won't do that. I know it's rather irrational to not want to go to the gym if you want to improve your body. That place is MADE for exactly that. But still: Im sure this board can help me out. After all, fitness is surely not enitirely dependent on a room with weights and machines in it. It would be pretty sad if it was.

fitness pretty much boils down diet and exercise. If you refuse to go to a gym, then you severely limit the resistance training you can do. You will not see the results you want with body weight exercises.

As for diet, I doubt you have the discipline to provide yourself with proper nutrition. Not that it matters given that you won't be building muscle with 60 push ups a day.

Alright so I have a few questions.
I want to get muscular but definitely not freaky big. The way most bodybuilders look, it's too much, they look like flayed freaks. I want to put on some size, but I'm worried about turning into a disgusting veiny mess of meat slabs like them. How do I prevent this?
Currently I do aikido (8 years) for street fighting and also badminton on an irregular basis for general fitness.
One of my aikido sensei has very parallel and straight shins, like in most people they's curvy but his are straight, I want to train mine so they look like that too, I secretly envy him for the way he looks. Aside from that, some dudes have those sturdy strong elbows, this is also a short-mid term objective of mine. Also cheeks-wise, mine look somewhat sunken like I'm malnourished. Women have been turned off when I make moves so I need to fill out in the face to regain my previous ability to charm them.

Please give routines to follow in order to reach my goals. I have the desire and discipline to make my dream come true, but need your knowledge.

You're right. There's much more to it than picking up heavy objects. But resistance training is fundamental and you're probably too mentally weak to walk in a gym because you get mogged by the old lady working the front desk.

60-100 is my current limit unfortunately. I'm really weak. But even just gaining some mass would be welcome. What would be a diet to gain mass quickly?

Oh, great question. Here's what you do:

You're doing too many pushups and not giving your muscles enough time to recover. If you choose to train everyday, pick a number of reps that's sustainable for you. Also you're probably not using the proper technique, watch a few Youtube videos that explain how to do a proper pushup (the one by antranik is good).

Honestly, you won't see huge improvements in just 3 weeks, I mean you could put on a little muscle but you'll still look pretty much the same with a shirt on. I suggest that you resist the temptation of just eating a lot of food to gain mass faster, because you'd mostly gain fat - having said that, you should start to slowly increase your caloric intake and especially your protein intake (aim for at least 80-90 grams per day).

I stated my reasons for disliking the gym a bit further above already. I just dislike the notion of having to spend money to use a room that others use, even though I could technically get fitter and stronger for free, on my own and by myself.

Based on what I've read from your posts, I recommend just doing 3x12 of neck hangs. That should do the trick.

pretty simple. All you need is some rope (a belt works fine). tie it around something sturdy and hang from it by your neck. Do this until failure.
