Then start your fast with a dose of caffeine and L-theanine, some nicotine, or another mild appetite suppressant, like LSD (its appetite suppression is mild, obviously the hallucinations are pretty wild). With just one dose you shouldn't have any withdrawal and by the time it wears off, the hunger should have gone. If it gets bad, try eating a little bit of salt and drinking some water or eating a load of ice.

Yes, hunger is. When you fast for 24 hours, what you are feeling isn't hunger. It's your brain reminding you that it's the time your body usually consumes food. Unless you are actually starving, the sensation will go away if you wait it out.
