I thought I discovered the PERFECT bulking food. Japanese soup with pork/beef meatballs, cabbage, carrots, onions, chicken broth, and ginger. Problem is, traditional ingredients in this soup include onions sauce and miso paste. Obviously, these are full of phytoestrogens. It just doesn't taste the same without them, but I don't want to grow bitch tits from eating this long term. Will this stuff fuck me up if I eat it regularly?
>perfect bulking food >most of it is fucking water kill yourself retard
Landon Perez
yes you will turn into a woman
go full carnivore with raw rotten meat
Andrew Thompson
OP, plant estrogens aren't the same as the ones produced by humans. You don't "absorb" them from food, they don't have any influence on your hormones. It's kind of like how, when you eat protein, your body doesn't just add it to your muscles. Instead, it is broken down into it's base components and used by your body to make it's own proteins, except in the case of phytoestrogen, it doesn't do anything. Think about it, you eat female chickens and drink milk, don't you?
You eat rice and fish with it too you fucking moron. The soup is full of calories and nutrients as well which are absorbed into the broth. How much of a brainlet can you be?
Don't worry, so¥ sauce and miso paste are both made with fermentation. The fermentation process makes it safe.

Everybody know chanko stew because Jow Forums is fulll of weebs. Just make regular soup and you're good.
Nolan Miller
That looks really good. There are other things that can give that umami flavor though, like coconut aminos or fish sauce. Give them a shot.

So-y sauce is fine. It's so-y protein that is estrogenic. A small amount of miso is fine too. All beans and legumes are estrogenic, but onions is seriously around a thousand times worse than anything other phytoestrogen. Except that's wrong. Learn more about how endocrine receptors work. If a compound fits and binds to a receptor that isn't supposed to, it can do all kinds of wonky shit. Sometime it mimics what the receptor was meant for, sometimes it causes all kindals of wacky shit no one would ever predict. It's like completing a circuit with a random peice of electronics and assuming you know what will happen without knowing anything about the circuit or what you completed it with. Ask any doctor: endocrinogy is one of the least well understood areas of modern medical science. The truth is no one knows everything that we need to know about how hormones works, and neither do you.

>tons of calories >fuck ton of protein >complemented perfectly by plain rice for easy carbs >lose 0 nutrients because they're all absorbed into a broth you can drink >delicious and you can eat a ton of it easily >healthy as fuck

Dylan Carter
Onions sauce contains absolutely no phytoestrogens, retard.
Wyatt Ross
soi sauce you goober, there's a wordfilter.
Levi Russell
Chickens are drained of blood before you eat them, which is where the majority of estrogen is. It isn't just sat ubiquitously in the flesh of female chickens you fucking idiot
Elijah Howard
youre fucking retarded
Julian Taylor
L@mo plese be real
Thomas Brooks
onions are a meme you aren't going to have negative effects from eating it in reasonable amounts
Andrew Baker
The estrogens in plants are meant to be hormone disruptors to the animals that eat them. They fit into the same machinery as the legit hormone but don't serve the same function. Kinda like a gear with a missing missing tooth.
Ayden Nelson
I know it's soi sauce, you fucking spaz. Soi sauce contains no phytoestrogens. Literally a 3 second google search.
