I feel you man. I lost nearly 80 pounds in 2017 and felt super proud. Chasing after my ex and other girls along with mild depression led me to eating tons of edibles and smoking weed and regaining 50 pounds in a year. Im back at the gym now but goddamn my cardio is shitty compared to the end of 2017. I felt like such a worthless sack of shit.. but at least I'm back on the wagon. I kicked the edibles and weed habit too.

59 hours into a water fast, thinking of breaking it and go to a 20:4 or something the rest of a week. Problem is, I'm not that hungry anyway, nor am I craving anything (yesterday was hell though). Calorie Counters are inaccurate.
You may be eating a fair bit over if you try to get cheeky and treat it like it's set in stone.

Any /fat/ties with the beetus here? I've looked up the symptoms and a lot of stuff matches. Gone NEET mode for a long time and since I'm an amerifat I can't afford to go to the doctor.

I'm sedentary the majority of the time, sometimes do night walks of anywhere from 1 - 5 miles just fine and I just noticed something similar to a foot ulcer but it isn't acutely painful more like a light dull throbbing annoyance. I stress eat a lot of carbs like rice, breads, etc but stay away from any sweets like sodas, candy and ice cream.

I bought a blood glucose meter but it didn't come with any test strips.

Any advice /fat/? Is diabetes actually reversible?

Diabetes is reversible right up until the last stage, IIRC.

The source of his stress is work, only way to resolve that is quit, which probably isnt a viable option. Tbh though, I dont understand why people get so stressed. I work in what many consider a very stressful job, but I never let it get to me. I think some people are just weak willed.

You're most likely pre-diabetic. It can absolutely be reversed if you quit eating like an elephant. You say you stay away from sugary foods but make absolutely sure you are completely cutting them out. Look up the nutrition facts of everything you eat to make sure there's no hidden sugar. The fastest and easiest way to reverse diabetes is to water fast for 3 days every two weeks for half a year, and while you're not fasting you need to adopt a healthier diet and eat less. Eventually your diet and the fasting will become second nature and you won't go back to binging like you do now.

If you don't have a real reason to break your fast like, "my sister is finally getting married" then don't break it. You'll thank yourself later when your bulking and putting on massive muscle mass for the sloots. Think of the potential glutes for the sloots if only you control yourself.

It's been over a month since my last cigarette, and roughly 3 days since my last energy drink.
I didn't crave the cigarrettes as much as I thought i would; Nicorette gum helped but i only took 1-2 of those a day and that's bn evry other day since around the scond week.
For some reason i'm finding giving up the energy drinks a lot harder.
I was drinking it like water up untill rcntly, and the last couple of weeks have probably been the most hydraed i've ever been drinking at least 3 bottles a day, along with 2 bottles of whey (1 with 5g creatine) and around 4 cups of green tea, just so i'm either distracted from or to full to be thinking about getting a can of moster- and evn then, every time i go to the shop I hav to pull myself away from that section.

Technically yes. Some people feel like they crave food after drinking them, some don't. There's other shit in them that probably aren't great for you overall, but they won't add calories to your diet plan.

I do have a floor. My googlefu must be shit however because all I can find are either adverts, trash articles or more adverts. Sean10mm's blog is the only thing I've found via Jow Forums, but it uses a lot of barbell and chin ups.
