I had to stop tracking because my calorie allowance is so low it was giving me an eating disorder.

I wish I had a 3k+ calorie requirement, id actually be able to eat without eating like I have anorexia.

Meals every two hours to spread it through the day. Three 1,100 calorie meals is hard (and not as effective). Six 550 calorie meals isn't so tough.

Fatty foods have a lot more calories in them, normally. Nuts and avocados are pretty easy.

Last and possibly most importantly, if you work harder, you will be more hungry.

I lose weight at 3300 calories a day. I'm cutting with ~2800 currently.

Wake up at 6am, and get a 1000 calorie breakfast in. You may have 2 glasses of whole milk for 300 of those calories. 1 more glass with dinner, and you can add whey to all of them to increase the amount of calories.
Breakfast:
Bagel with cream cheese/peanut butter (if cream cheese you can put a few breakfast sausages in it for a calorie dense sandwich
Greek Yogurt
Milk w/ whey x2
A scoop of peanut butter

Mid morning snack
Peanut butter, Greek yogurt
This should be almost halfway there

Lunch
1000 calories, I like making tuna melts with low fat cottage cheese and a side of fruits&nuts. I’ll put like 2 servings of tuna on it

Snack
Fruit, and something with protein

Dinner
1000 calories, paella is your friend if you can cook it well it’ll stay good all week. Add extra portions of seafood in it, I used to put chicken chunks and sometimes kielbasa/other sausage slices too. I’d have 2-3 bowls of this shit sometimes while bulking

It’s weird though, I only feel “full” when I’m cutting. When bulking I almost never really feel full or satisfied. Like I’ve only eaten about 1300 calories today and maintenance is like 2500

1/2*GOMAD+regular diet. Gallon of milk is 2300 calz. With a regular diet you can easily make 3000+ cals

5 tbsp is like 650 calories. Cook 5 eggs or so in the pan and the eggs will absorb it all.

I know this pain. The constant eating is more annoying than lifting. I'd be comfortable eating twice, but need to do three squares, snacks, and a couple protein shakes to gain

Protip: make scrambled eggs the Gordon Ramsay way. 2 eggs, 3tbs butter, 1 piece of toast toasted in 1bs butter. Add a glass of milk and that's the easiest and cheapest 1000 cal you ever ate.
