Knowing this will help me understand why it's important to eat so much goddamn chicken. Lately to fix my nutrition I've been eating the following:
Breakfast
1/2 cup oatmeal
Decent amount of cottage cheese
Frozen Berry blend, 1 banana, milk and 30g worth of Strawberry/banana protein for a shake
Lunch:
Spinach salad with different vegetables (mushrooms, cucumber, carrots, broccoli, celery, etc)
Dinner:
Usually a protein (chicken or something)
Rice
Vegetables (could be steamed broccoli, or my GF cooks some mushrooms/onions)
Any snacks I eat are citrus fruits, particularly between lunch and dinner.
Nutrition is first and foremost important for losing excess body fat so I find that more important than my lifts. While still important, I got those down. Just not sure how much more brotein I need to consume.
