Darkness under eyes

How do I get rid of this?, no matter how much sleep I get they won't go away.

I think they went away almost completely throughout 2016 but for some reason came back.

I feel you bro. We're gonna make it.

Try going to bed early. Ten or eleven at the latest.
Thats what kinda works for me. Makeup can also help you but i looks weird

same here , for me though, it might be asthma causing lack of oxygen

it's a stock image

Rub cold spoons on your eye sockets, drink more water, sleep with more with extra pillows occasionally, 24k eye patches, and I guess go to sleep at reasonable times.

its genetic, lots of people say its aesthetic as fuck tho

Do girls like it?, because it kinda makes me look more mysterious and sketchy.

It's based on facial structure, heavily influenced by a recessed maxila. So unless you're willing to hardmew, do extreme chin tucks and chew hard gum every hour of every day for like 2 years, there isn't much to do about it.

>lots of people say its aesthetic
hello /fa/ggot

If it doesn't look good on you, you're pretty much screwed.
I only get them when I'm abusing some kind of substance too much, or sleeping poorly.
You could use basic makeup, if you do it right, it isn't noticeable.

too much salt in your food usually, salt is something you get used to and probably eats too much.
You can reduce salt intake and your food might taste bland for a while but soon it will become better and you'll get less dependent on it.

that addict aesthetic, sadly doesnt work for me

You can either inject fat or hyaluronic acid in the undereye. It's a common procedure.

You might be allergic
For me, I found out I was allergic to dust, so I had to clean out my entire house and organise everything. I change bed sheets everyday, and a always use clean towels.
Vitamin K, and one of those specialist products help too.
Oh and don't forget to keep your eyes moist, and healthy. Scaring at screens too much might be the cause if you aren't allergic to anything.

Wear glasses. Hides it. Also hides when you're pupils are dilated or pinpoint. People look at the frames

Get better sleep. Sleep for 7 to 8 hours a n6.

Just be yourself brah

>It's based on facial structure, heavily influenced by a recessed maxila.
lmao no

I don't want to be a 4eyed faggit

Unironically brehs, mine has improved drastically since I've been mewing. But I've been doing other stuff too. Detoxing my organs (digestive, kidneys and liver) eating more raw foods, taking collagen & omega 3's, trying to get more sleep, exfoliating, etc. It's just nowhere near as bad as before. Mewing for less than a year now.

This, get vitamin K2 as well.

you don't, I think it's very hot

Enjoy your junkie eyes

t. darkness round eyes shill

Undereye shadows from lack of sleep is mostly a meme for folks who have it for long periods of time/all their lives. The real culprit is the liver. Detox it and it'll fix 99% of your problems, even those that everyone's favorite pokemon mew can't solve.

Milk thistle, NAD, TUDCA.

>detox
0 evidence this works

Fuck evidence, fuck ZOG and fuck you fagget. It made me shit out actual worms, it works. People in 3rd world countries de-worm and do all kinds of shit to get the heavy metals and biofilms out of their bodies. All of this shit is real.

show me a study then

No.

For some people, like slavs, it's genetic. Doesn't mean you have health problems.
If they seemed to go away, it's probably because you were more tan.

How did you do it?. Share the technique.

What the fuck are
>mewing
>chin tucks
t. New to this

Fucking bump

>Parasites: Wormwood, black walnut husk, oregano oil, some other stuff, it usually comes in a small bottle that lasts about two weeks. Some people use other things like eating lots of Papaya seeds and raw cabbage, as this gets the bastards out of your digestive tract.
>Liver: High fat diet and ketosis can help reverse damage. Alpha lipoic acid can help maintain blood-brain barrier and intestinal strength if you choose to eat moderate or relatively high amount of carbs. Milk thistle can help reverse damage and help it regenerate.
>Kidneys: AC Carbamide, no salt/low protein diet, do a shit tone of cardio and drink lots of water, this will last about a month. You can get your GFR tested and see if it improves, mine did
>Heavy metals: Use natural chelators during the above detoxes (garlic and coriander are useful) and high fiber foods/raw veggies. The next time you get blood work, check and see if you have heavy metals in your system.

There are several reasons why you could be suffering from baggy and/or dark under eyes.

>Allergies
Take a Claritin before bed and when you wake up and see if that helps. Will help with puffiness and discoloration.

>Not enough sleep
self-explanatory

>Dehydrated
Can lead to overall facial puffiness, but the sensitive undereye area is affected the most. Make sure you are getting enough electrolytes and water. Take a teaspoon of Himalayan salt with a glass of water in the morning and see if it helps.

>Rubbing too hard
The skin is delicate and the capillaries are easily ruptured. Use gentle pressure when cleaning or applying products to the area. I recommend using your pinky as you will automatically use less pressure with that finger.

>Genetic
you're fucked

There are some decent products on the market that helps with this stuff. For puffiness, I recommend just getting chilled eye masks and put them in the fridge, and just wear it in the morning after you wake up. Clinique has great products, that I have tried, that help with discoloration. Its called 'All About Eyes'. Its a bit pricy but it does work, and a little goes a long way so, in the end, the price point isn't too rough.

probably iron or vitamine deficiency or smth

3. Tear Trough/Suborbital Volume Deficiency

This is literally due to the structure below your eye. Nothing topically applied will cure this, though with proper placement of a brightening concealer, the appearance could be reduced. The only thing that does "fix" this are fillers---either by your derm/NP/PA.

For the tear trough, the area around your nose and orbital bone is hollowed, therefore casting a shadow, which gives the look of dark circles or contributes to your circles. Example

For suborbital volume deficiency, there is a larger area under the eye which lacks volume. You can probably see this from the closeup of my eyes above or check out another example here

r/SkinCareAddiction drops a blackpill for once, it's probably just the shape of your skull.

It's thin skin under the eyes. Unfuck your organs, get more nutrients and sleep more, literally the only way it can be fixed without some kind of surgery I imagine.

Do you think mewing would work then? It's supposed to improve that area under the eyes over time.

If you suspect any sort of worms/parasites, you need something more than milk thistle. You need ivermectin. Ivermectin needs to become a household staple like asprin is. It's insane how many 1st worlders suffer from worms and parasites and they don't even know it.

Agreed, but I stayed away from the meds and tried the herbal route, it turned out well for me. I spent time in the US Southeast running barefoot, playing in creeks and with animals and stuff as a kid. The bulk of doctors in the US don't seem to understand that Americans, especially if they've ever even been to the Southeast of the cuntry can get parasites too. My doctor just asked me if I traveled to Latin America or India, then straight up told me "you don't have parasites". Many such cases!
