I'm a 400 lbs obeast. Been eating under or around 1000 cals a day for the last month and exercising daily (cardiovascular bike and heavy bag)

Ive been eating 2-4 eggs for breakfast every morning. Is this ok? Any long term negative effects?

Everyone seems pretty split on eggs and I wanna switch it up if I have to.

>2 cups frozen vegetables
>1 large skinless chicken breast
>2 tbsp of onions sauce
>various herbs

>1 cup baby carrots

Same thing as chicken stir fry except with lean beef strips.

Just think about it from a certain perspective : When you eat meat, for example a chicken breast, you are only eating a part of the animal. It has protein, it has fat, some micro and macro nutrients but in a very unbalanced amount.

Now, think about eggs. The egg basically needs to contain ALL elements to form a functional living organism without any exchange with outside worlds (well except oxygen).

When you eat eggs, it's as if you're eating a whole small chicken (just not properly assembled yet), and I mean WHOLE : brain, bones, muscles, feathers, internal organs - building blocks for all of those, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and all of that shit.

How about you develop a healthy relationship with food instead of stuffing your fat face, starving yourself for a bit, then going back to stuffing your fat face? Whether 2-4 eggs a day is bad for your is the least of your problems

with 400 pounds you could eat alot more and still loose weight, you should learn how to and what to eat in right amounts not punish yourself

He could be on a better diet (no banana, doing ADF etc) but given how much insulin resistant one already is by the time he gets to 400lbs, probably 1 banana early in the morning won't throw him off from burning his own fat for survival; that food mightn't account for not even a 1/3 of bmr.
