How do you guys stay motivated?

easy, i look in the mirror and i dont look as good as i should be so i hit the gym

ai motivate myself every 12 hours

i made a science project out of it : I keep a daily record of calories in, compare that to my BMR, and have compared my weight every 2 days.
My BMR is 1400, and I've lost about 12 pounds over the course of 25 days. I went from a 36" waist to a 32" waist.

Now I'm doing 100 counter-top pushups a day, and will see how much my chest has expended over the course of 30 days. Science, experimental dieting, data recording, and making an experiment out of the effort has kept it interesting.

Some time me think “grug no want lift rock today” but then me see reflection in puddle and me go lift big rock because sad.

Motivation gets you started discipline gets you going

By not having daughters

one day off a week for drinking booze.

This, think about it logically

Because my enemies will not rest..and when they test me I will be prepared to destroy them

Every small step towards my goal is beneficial in my scoped time frame.
Every big and thoughtful step is more effective than those small steps.
I like the goals I have as I'm good at what I do.
If I stop moving towards these goals, I may as well kill myself.
So the way I stay motivated is by knowing what my goals are and moving towards them, because if you aren't growing then what's the point of observing the world around you?

Food drink and everything that grows

Vanity, nothing motivates me more than wanting validation from myself and others. My only problem is when I get too comfy

I don't stay motivated, lifting is just something I do now like shitting or sleeping. It's extremely rare that I have to motivate myself to lift. This is what happens when you enjoy training, building muscle, and getting stronger.

Im on a 3x a week routine, doesn't take much energy or motivation. Been doing it for so long now that it's just pure habit. I go after work, the gym is more enjoyable than what i otherwise would be doing.

I scream a lot.

I dont. I stay disciplined.

I am to the point where if I don't workout at least once every two days, I physically and mentally feel like shit.
