I was never able to get below 15% or even 20% body fat until I dropped keto OMAD.
Anyone else here ditch insulin theory bullshit and get immediate benefits?

I'm around 13% with no muscle, so I still look like shit, unfortunately.
Tried getting below 20% for the longest time and absolutely could not do it eating HFLC with tiny eating windows. Eating more than 20% of your daily calories from fat is completely pointless. You might as well go very low calorie so you can eat the fat on your body.
Ok, your turn
I just stopped pigging out on Saturdays.
What did you switch to and how much did you lose after the switch?
I switched to high carb low fat with no restriction on meal frequency, and lost 20 pounds.
ImThis is retarded i agree and that aint me
Did you keep track of your calories with both eating patterns?
I did.
Good for you, but it's clearly proven that hormones determine if you gain or lose weight, fat, muscle, etc.
>measuring in % instead compered to your body weight
Why not?
>You might as well go very low calorie so you can eat the fat on your body.
You lose more fat during a fast.
Well, were they the same? What was the difference?
Insulin theory is a good counterpoint to CICO. You can't manage intake well if you're riding the insulin rush and having cravings, but zero carb really hampers moods. I think the true redpill is carb cycling, where you eat carbs pre and intra workout but keep them low to none away from workout time.
>intra
Lol.
For protein and sometimes carbs it is, however, measuring the percentage of calories you get from fat is helpful to know if you're in nutritional ketosis.
Yes, it does.
They were the same *on paper*. In practice, I was probably eating more than I thought I was on high-fat because fat is so calorie-dense, non-filling, and non-energizing that it was very difficult to measure and stick to.
Plus, I had massive cravings for high carb foods on the high fat diet, but absolutely no cravings for high fat foods on high carb. I don't even like restaurant or fast food anymore because it's greasy and disgusting.
>In practice, I was probably eating more than I thought I was on high-fat
This explains it all, lol.
>non-filling
You're weird, it is satiating.
I don't find it satiating. My stomach can't tell the difference between fried rice and plain white rice. But a lot of people seem to think fat is satiating, so maybe it is me who's weird.
I wish i was him
Don't knock the PB&J between squats and bench, bro
Nah. I think part of that gives very slight credence to the blood type diet. One more piece of literature to look at.
I find that high fat foods make me sleepy, so I would make my one meal or largest meal at the end of the day
but my mind functions way better if I have some 300~400kcal healthy protein/carb breakfast before noon so I find that IF (real IF, one meal a day or less) doesn't really work for me in the long term
still using fasting when I feel good to try to chisel away at the fat 1 pound at a time
