I need to cut soon but I hate lowering my calories, would it work to keep my calories high but burn 500-1000 calories a day with cardio? Why or why not would this work? I hate eating below 3k calories a day

That's fine, it's just a lot of work to burn that much calories a day when you could simply eat less. You'll build some cardiovascular endurance and a healthy heart though....so there's that.

keep your calories high and go zero carbs, you will still lose weight even if you are over TDEE

I dont believe this shit, I walked 2 mph at 14% incline for two hours every day for a month to see if it made a difference to my cut, it didnt speed up my weightloss at all, I lost the exact same amount as I did the month before doing zero cardio
