i tried adding in calorie dense foods like milk, ice cream, peanut butter sandwiches and whatnot but i just feel so stuffed i cant force anything more down

Eat a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter after every meal. That’s like an additional 600 kcals. And snack on nuts like cashews, that’s like 550 kcals per 100g.
How long you been trying to eat 3k?
I just eat fast food everyday. Easy 1500 calories from a single meal.
The rest of the calories is just 3 - 4 normal sized meals.

If i try forcefeeding myself high calorie foods like burgers, gyros, pizzas etc one day i may be able to sheer force myself through 5000kcal but then im bloated and stuffed the next day and undereat effectively cancelling it out
have you tried GOMAD? I did at the start when I weighed 150 lb @ 6'3". Now I weigh 200 lb @ 18%.

1200 cal x2 (morning & night). too easy.
this seems good, though if it were me I'd take out the peanut butter and substitute ice cream with yogurt

I can only eat big if I'm high, otherwise I have to force myself so much but it's because I don't like food

eat small meals throughout the day
pack snacks that are calorically/nutrient dense
use filler like fast food/mass gainer/junk food if you're a hardgainer and can get away with dirtybulk
gradually increase amount eaten, dont hop up to 3k calories just becaus, start with 2000 tomorrow, then 2500, then 3000
also, sugarfree gum/other types of sweeteners etc can cause the sensation of hunger, making you able to stuff more inside
buy frozen garlic bread srs, throw that shit on a pan for 2 minutes flip it 2 minutes, easy ass carbs taste good as fuck
