The Burger Question

Is it bad or "unhealthy" to eat 3-5 burgers a week?
Thats how many i usually have per week. Im at a normal healthy weight so it's not an obesity thing for me plus i exercise everyday. Im just wondering if with these factors in mind are there still any negative effects of eating this way?

Refined grains that weren’t properly prepared are detrimental to human health. Most restaurants and fast food joints use vegetable/plant/soi oils that will cause inflammation and heart disease.

Frig off randy

Burgers are 50%+ fat would...

based

Depends on the burger.

If you make it yourself from quality ingredients it can just be fine. A burger is just meat and some other shit put between two pieces of bread.

I've been eating a burger every day to help bulk. There's 16 G protein per patty at local shop and I ask for three, making 48. Also, I don't get a bun. It's meat. Probably good for me.

Burgers can be very good or very bad
A 50% protein patty fried in lard with enriched white bread and a slice of kraft drenched in BBQ sauce is bad
A burger with grilled chicken breast, ezekiel burger bun, no cheese and maybe some ketchup and mustard is perfectly fine

>There are still people that unironically believe saturated fat is bad for your heart

I'm gonna have a burger with 1 beef patty, tomato, bacon and egg
I'd put avocado but I don't have any

Hell most burger places have pretty good macros
A double whopper from burger king is 50g fat 50g carbs 50g protein so that isnt even terrible

Not bad if you cook them yourself properly and get it from your local butcher. If your eating out than it could be detrimental to your health.

>no cheese
Wouldn’t a piece of cheddar/swiss/any non american cheese be good on a burger? I mean as long as you get it from a butcher and not from a concealed pack

You get cheese from a butcher?
Do you fix your car at the vet?
