This may or may not be meme-tier advice, but maybe try single arm OHPing??? Like maybe with a kettlebell or super heavy dumbell? Try first on one side, then the other, and see if there is any significant difference?

odd suggestion, but might have something to do with weak serratus anterior. the OHP should be a freed scapula press and while the serratus isn't really a mover of the lift, it impacts how the scapulae move and how the scapulae move influences where the shoulder ends up

thats not meme advice it just means that i have to go to a commercial gym to do that the left side of my ribcage always flared out especially when i lifted but i've been working on it for a while now and recently it isnt flared out when resting and my ribcage doesnt flare out when lifting nearly as much. that seems like it could be related. i'll think about that
