What is Jow Forums least favorite work out/ exercise? Good mornings for me

Squats. They're hard and they frighten me. So I do twelve to fifteen sets a week.

Attached: kaosuscared2.jpg (742x795, 41K)

Deadlifts. But walking away knowing I did it makes them worth it.

Dips, but do them anyways.

excuse me

I hate BB squats so i took the pussy way out and started doing goblet squats and split squats instead, so far I've noticed better results so it's worked out

I'm really bad at them (185lb 5RM). It has the most weight over the longest range of motion, which means the highest probability of snapping my shit up. I get to 90-95% max effort on each set and feel my form nearly crumple on the last rep as I push so hard I go blind. I practise my form every day, stretch every night so I can do the full ROM, and I cannot get over 185lb 5RM.

I fear squats, and hate them for making me feel weak, so I do at least three sets in every workout to face my fears.

squats and deadlift. I always feel my form is shit. Even i record and people give me feed back on here say its fine. I always feel like im doing something wrong and its preventing me from progressing.

based, don't kill yourself tho, snap city is not where you wanna be

Any lift that takes forever to make progress on. For me its weighted chin ups

same here - most of my joints are extremely loose, most every morning I wake up with my shoulder out of place, and when I stand up in the morning, both knees make a really loud pop sound. I could avoid it, but they feel weird to walk on until I do. Doing squats makes me terrified my leg will bend inward or some shit.

Czech'd but also sounds to me like your core is holding you back. Do more ab/core exercises and then try squatting more. When you squat, before your rep, take a full breath and squeeze your abs

You're overthinking it. When you do your reps, focus on what muscles are engaging and you'll be fine

>So I do twelve to fifteen sets a week.
Fantastic attitude user. Squats scare me too but I always feel the most accomplished after doing them. Keep pushing hard.

I'm too big to do dips (265lb) but they seem like hell
shit, I didn't realize squats scared people, but my legs are starting to hurt and my left arm couldn't support it the other day cuz i'm getting close to my max

One legged anything sucks dick

Have a fucked shoulder atm so anything that that might dislocate it I have to avoid, which a lot of those were some of my favorites. That aside I really dislike one armed dumbell bench rows. Feel no satisfaction and it requires a lot of effort

Tore my ACL a while back so squats are scary

with how much weight?

Thanks anons. I'll keep pushing, and I'll brace my core harder next session.

Probably strict lateral raises
Lu raises/6 ways/side delt swings/bulldozer raises/upright rows of all kinds/ standing db presses all feel much more effective to me for side delt developement

Barbell Rows

Overhead presses because I’ve fucked my rotator cuff so much on them

Pendley row
Romanian deadlift
I just don't like bending over where I work out

Squats.
They are weaker than my bench, so I feel so humiliated to do them at my gym. I can feel everyone internally cackling at me.

Attached: Sad_pepe.jpg (500x373, 32K)

I honestly hate training biceps

and I know my baceps are weak AF, I just fucking hate it.

Based

I hate doing BB Rows
I feel I could pull much more but I'm only 70kg so I don't have a base to push from, if that makes sense
I can DB row 40kg each arm just fine though

your form most likely sucks if you stall multiple times, post a video

Holy shit right guy has my goal body. Who is he

Steve Reeves, the G.O.A.T.

Barbell rows are the fucking worst, do literally any other back exercise and you’ll be better off

And back is my only strong point, I still hate BB rows

This. Try fucking around with leg position/width on them both brah

I never tried OHP until I started SS recently and now it's my new favourite

Fuck wall sits

>be me
>studying physiology
>in an exercise physiology lab
>my group is doing a cycling position experiment
>I do my cycling, pretty hard because no cardio
>group of science thots call me over to their group
>doing wall sits
>tiny thot goes ahead of me, gets twelve minutes
>other chica takes my blood pressure manually
>mires my arms, calls me “Mr. Big Guns”
>girls say that I should do the best because I’m the fittest guy
>take up the wall sit position
>full of confidence
>clear eyes
>full heart
>can’t lose
>legs begin to tremble after 1min
>veins popping in my head at 2.30
>knees knocking at 3mins
>fail at 4min30
>girls laughing at me
>blood pressure girl says it’s because I’m top heavy
>y-you too
>waddle away from the thots in agony

Fuck wall sits

Pic related is me on the bike

All of them and none of them. I have never experienced any emotional rush concerning some exercise, they are just the thing I have set myself to check off my list.

You need to start dead hanging my guy, will do wonders for your rotator cuff

wait what? people can wall sit for that long? last time I tried it I did like 3 minutes and I was fat.

I'd figure is like any bodyweight exercise where the more you weight the harder it becomes.

whatever, no one ever got strong by doing wallsits.

Same but with bench. I'm afraid of falling a rep and having to do a roll of shame or worse breaking a rib. I refuse to ask for a spotter again since the first time the faggot didn't help at all and I had to do the roll of shame by myself. I'm practicing with dumbels first and when I feel strong enough I'll try the bench again.

She was a gymnastics thot that weighed like 40kg

Another horseriding girl got 10 minutes too

what do you replace them with?

Nah b, 12 minutes is insane. I imagine she used her leverage to cram herself against the wall so her frame beared the load instead of her muscles. Either way that's an outlandish lactate threshold

That's Ed Zercher.

Bench
I can do 100 pushups in a row, i do like 20 dips without ant issue but bench frightens me
I can barely manage 3 reps at appropriate weight for me
And if i fail i run the risk of breaking my neck and having to scream for help

Weighted pull-ups and DB rows (one hand on the bench/chest supported)

Feel a way better stretch + isn’t as hard on the core

deadlifts

you alway should bench with a spotter or in a power rack.
The bar can roll out of your hands and break your ribcage.
No spotter can catch that

Pull ups

Dont know why exactly but i fucking dread them

Attached: gorilla.jpg (800x821, 110K)

Unfortunately, my gym doesn't have 125kg kettlebells to do goblet squats with.

With a # like that, keep doing this, and you will have prosperity.

Or maybe because she’s 90 lbs and her weight is distributed differently, more in her legs?

Squats because every time I reach parallel I get the sensation that I'm about to die

THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA

Not surprised

Bent over rows
FUCK bent over rows

THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA

God I hate this shit

bench press, fuck that

THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA

this
how do you keep your back flat?

i get you did them behind the neck

I absolutely hate squats. I do them, but they are just so fucking annoying to me.

deadlifts. I know my form is shitty so I just do rack pulls instead so I don't fuck up my back. I need someone to show me good form cuz I can't seem to figure it out on my own. I like always hit my knees with the bar, it just feels like an awkward unnatural movement. Idk if it's cuz I'm 6'4" and really lanky or what

THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA

There is no way these don't fuck your back in the long term.

back in highschool i did a wall sit over a chair so it looked like i was sitting but I wasn’t resting on the seat
>m8 bet me i couldn’t sit like that for the whole hour period
>do it
>wake up next day
>can't walk
>had to take a sick day

>THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA

Squats because I nearly pass out on the last rep. I don't care if my legs give, I'll just go to my knee and let the bars catch it but fuck the lightheadedness.

THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA

running on a treadmill, most boring shit ever. i dont know how people do it so often. i would rather just go outside

Romanian deadlifts, especially since everyone makes you do shit ton of reps and sets on them and they're more exhausting than high intensity squats and deadlits.

THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA

Thank you BACK-SNAP GORILLA

Steve Reeves you fucking casual.

lat pulldowns because having to brace my thighs against the pads or get carried off

Attached: balloon dog.png (496x496, 123K)

If you're pulling down more than you weigh, why not just do pull ups?

user you might be overworking your joints, take like a couple days of rest and you'll feel significantly better

because i can pull down more than i weigh

Yeah but pull ups are like the same thing, but better. Why not do weighted pull ups? Just carry a plate between your legs.

THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA

do not reddit space in my stead
we had a machine for that but somebody broke it and wearing a harness with that chinese industrial deathtrap in the way is more trouble than it's worth

THANK YOU BACK-SAP GORILLA
