At your body weight it's way too high. Even without working out it should be much lower. How much sugar, dairy do you consume? Do you drink coffee? Have you checked your blood iron levels?
I fixed my resting heart rate once I stopped consuming dairy, turns out my gut can't properly digest it and it causes iron malabsorbtion.
This is not a marker of health though, disregard it completely unless it increases from stress.
Seriously, there are many more intuitive ways to know that your cardio health is improving. The fact that people who spend their lives destroying their bodies by doing extreme exercise have very low heartrate doesn't mean it's ideal.
I don't eat/drink dairy. I do drink coffee. I think genetically I'm doomed because most of the males my mother's side hearts give out by about 40. I've tried to stay on course for maximizing my life expectancy but nothing I do seems to help. I have had them check it out but my cholesterol is fine, no major blockages but heart rate is extreme. I'm in a mild state of panic perpetually but I don't think I can help that.

Small creatures have fast heart rates. Your like a humming bird.
