Like I said, I smile with a closed mouth and most people don't notice until we've spent considerable time together. If I'm dating, usually the second date I'll mention it. They're so bad that if you do notice, it's clear that it's not from neglect or anything.

I'm working towards getting them fixed. She didn't get over them so much as weighed the pros vs. cons. According to her, I'm funny, sweet, smart, have a good job, nice dick, and apart from the teeth, I look good. No worries about being rude. I'm really open about my teeth looking like garbage.

Most of these guys won't touch another's work. Huge egos and bad reviews kill them. The adjustments can be up to 15 degree tilts in bite surfaces. You get a ton of jaw pain if things aren't literally perfect. Keep in mind, I'm accustomed to having teeth about 1/4 the normal size, so putting normal ones in there fucks jaw geometry all to hell and results in muscle pain.

I may look into it again, but after multiple trips abroad and time off, I begin to approach that $30,000 figure again.

No, I'm an adult. I also don't flash my teeth much. Friends make fun of me because it's part of being guys and fucking with one another. Like, if someone actually started to make fun of me, I'd have to look at them with some mixture of bewilderment and pity. That's just retarded. I also have three scars on my face; don't know if that's apparent from the pic. Because of the no smiling and the scars, people think I'm dour, angry, and will fuck them up.
