>just got a haircut and had no idea I was losing hair

Tell me anything and everything natural that I can do to combat this. For reference my hairline has barely receded at all. I’m not going down like this!!

The scalp around the area where you’re balding is probably not loose unlike the skin on literally everywhere else on your body.
Do what you please with this information
>scalp not loose
What did you mean by this?
Also, in hindsight the area where I’m balding has been itchy the last few weeks. Anyone else experience this?
>red patches on scalp
Welcome to the seborrheic dermatitis club. You're thinning because of the inflammation. Start using Nizoral shampoo now and get a referral to a dermatologist.
Well, it may be mpb, but just incase it is some sort of infection I would recommend getting some Nizoral shampoo. Not only is it good if you decide to start minox and fin, but it’ll help deal with the infection. Good luck user.
>Seborrheic dermatitis
Holy shit that is EXACTLY what it is. Thank you so much bros, I was seriously contemplating killing myself yesterday. Hairlets BTFO once again.
You're not balding, you have too much scalp skin, you have CVG
Natural methods only work for prevention.
Not probably, it is if he has androgenetic alopecia.
The galea aponeurotica is not as loose and lax as the skin from elsewhere on your body and scalp but the more AGA progresses, the tighter it becomes.
Look up seborrheic dermatitis.
The shampoo helps, still, you need to fix your diet so you don't have to experience remission.
You can't know that based on his picture.
What are the natural methods for prevention?
Dermatologist told me that it's just genetic but certain things aggravate it; low humidity, hot showers, bad diet, harsh hair products, etc.
Yes, I can. These clumps of hair patterns come from excess scalp skin. In a person without CVG when they shave their head there's no hair clumping here. The resulting "bald" area is actually just excess scalp skin. Wear your hair longer, don't shave your head and this shouldn't be an issue.
To slow down the age of onset and maybe, just maybe, prevent it:
1. Dairy products and non-low glycemic load meals increase DHT via various mechanisms, so avoid them.
2. Up your vitamin K2 intake because it prevents calcification.
3. Resistance training increases SHBG, which has been found to be significantly lower in young hairlets. Keep lifting.
4. Vitamin D, C and iron play a role in MPB, therefore boosting their intake most likely will help.
5. Too much vitamin A and selenium contribute to hair loss, for that reason be wary of how much of them you consume.
6. 1 cup of green tea can block DHT due to its EGCG content.
It is, but there are ways to at least give the hair a few more years to live.
>6. 1 cup of green tea can block DHT due to its EGCG content.
I love how faggots would either or drink anything to lower their dht but refuse to take finasteride (which was created for this exat purpose) because it's a drug. You know that any possible side effects come from lack of dht and not just finasteride itself right? if you manage to block it with your 'natural' methods (you won't btw) you can have the same side effects as people who complain about finasteride
eat or drink*
Smear poop over the balding spot. Hair should grow back and even if not, baldness won't be noticeable because skin will be darker and flies will be all over it. Win? Win!
This advice is for non-hairlets and yes, they work; keep coping. Green tea has no side effects and other benefits, that's what I added it to the list.
thinking about body hair transplant since i have thick long hair on arms, legs and stomach/chest
either that or suicide
fuck being bald, the worst thing that happend to me in my life
>if you manage to block it with your 'natural' methods (you won't btw) you can have the same side effects as people who complain about finasteride
Not him but it could be that a person doesn't need to block as much DHT as drugs do and blocking less DHT should theoretically reduce the side effects so if you have time to experiment it's worth a shot before going to stronger methods.
you can achieve that by taking a lower dosage of fin, there is even a chart with the curvature or how much dht you'll block with a specific dose
green tea, saw palmetto, it's all a meme but keep coping too
>Natural
Nothing
However finasteride, minoxidil and nizoral and possibly dermarolling are effective.
You could get all your hair back with minox alone. Works well on crown
>you can achieve that by taking a lower dosage of fin
Are you prepared to split your fin tablet down into dosages of .002mg every time? Why do that when you can just take some saw palmetto or pumpkin seed oil that has other health benefits as well as not requiring a script?
You're fine
>just take a drug daily for the rest of your life bro
show me studies on how effective each one of those meme seeds are for blocking dht
So I have a shitton of hair still, but I've noticed it looking a little thinner. Does Rogaine break your dick, or is that just finasteride?
Saw palmetto blocks DHT in the scalp by ~30%
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
This would be the equivalent to cutting your 1mg fin tab into like 100 pieces
it's like eating. Don't you eat everyday user?
rogaine won't do shit if you don't take fin. Rogaine just pumps more blood to your follicles. Fin actually reduces DHT in your blood. Go figure.

Fin breaks dick in 4% temporarily. If you're ultra genelet, when you stop fin, you still have a broken dick.
Guess I'll hop on Rogaine if my hair looks worse after I get it cut than the last time
Just don't go getting hair transplants until your baldness is set
Keep that in mind
Peppermint oil is more effective without aging your skin like rogaine
>be pathetic, weak natty
>shitpost in /fraud/ about gear makes you lose hair

are you on fin? I've been doing minoxidil alone for over 4 months and have great results with it but I'm slowly platoeing after recovering around 80% of my hair, do you think adding fin would give me an edge?
I don't think that will work as body hair has a much shorter anagen phase. RIP.
If you do your research, you can see major differences in baldness between races; the age of onset is earlier and that twins bald distinctively. Points 1 to 5 are meant for environmental factors and point 6 does work like DHT-reducing drugs but has no cons and some pluses. That being said, I doubt anything I posted will work for baldcels.
>no u
Not only a hairlet but a brainlet.
Blood flow plays a role in AGA.
>RIP.
i refuse to give up
either that or kms
