not him but I've seen that advice before, because youre moving so much weight through a pretty big rom its a big toll on your body and cns in particular. I feel youre better off splitting the volume into less comprehensive movements like ghrs, back extensions and rack pulls and doing full deadlifts 1~1.5 times a week. but I'm barely intermediate so don't ask me.
