What's for Dinner?

Fried red potatoes; fried cabbage, carrot, mushrooms, onions; and a chicken cutlet made with oats infused with half a head of garlic and a bundle of green onions. All that topped with three fried eggs and greek yogurt that I then mixed around with my fork before eating.

What about you guys?

Nice, baked chicken winglettes and drummettes for me tonight, user. Fresh raw ones from the butcher, none of that sodium filled, breaded, precooked/frozen shit.

Had a godly day at gym today. Hope you're doing well today too, fren. We're all gonna make it breh.

Soup, a raw tomato, and bread?

its a fish my dad fried
lentil soup with garlic and yea just a tomate

Sometimes I'll brine if I have the time and I'm ambitious that day... but today I went really hard at the gym and was hungry as hell so it was just straight fridge to oven, but they were still fine because they're butcher fresh.

Tonight I just put some lemon pepper seasoning on them and a squirt of fresh lemon juice at the end to serve. Was comfy.

this sounds like a godly cut, how many kg/week are you losing?

Nice man, if its tasty, filling you up, and hitting your macros then bon appetite fren!

what else could it be but deens

I had about 1.25 lbs of raw steak, 6 raw eggs, and .5 lb of butter.

had a 6 course tasting menu with my mum

Too many people make chicken to be more fancy than it has to be. Keep it simple and tasty like you just did user!

oats with berries/cinnamon powder
i'm running low on groceries

I agree, sometimes it's nice to stick to the classics. It was an especially nice and easy meal post gym.

Delightful. Was my pre gym meal today, cheers breh.

Lemon pepper is fairly fancy, if you want to go real basic you cook with salt/pepper only
Knew a guy who did that everyday for 5 months.

A+ down to a C because of the chocolate milk, you fucking child

Lemon pepper is fancier than salt and pepper, but I was thinking more in line with saffron and other exotic spices.

Well, I guess I'm fancy afterall then.

some people just like milk
i wouldn't say its an "american" thing though, i don't know a single person that does this

I wonder if the greek yogurt thing op did would be a nice substitute for my love for heavy cream

Four eggs fried in ghee and a steak I grilled over a fire I had going tonight (since it’s now 60F).

Every dinner I've had for the last 2 weeks has been 1 chicken breast cooked with Coconut Oil, some no-salt seasoning and a bottle of water. Am I boring as fuck or doing it right?

OBSESSED

Fuck you elitist incel.

I'm having chicken, broccoli and rice again for the 500th time

>no-salt
