I quit vaping because it was getting expensive, so I turned to pipe smoking. I’ve managed to get the habit whittled down to once a week, usually on Saturdays, because that’s the only time during the week when I can spend the morning drinking coffee on my porch which overlooks my pond and a pipe just feels right without having to be anywhere.
Hoping to eventually just make it a very occasionally thing (with family over thanksgiving, or whatever).

Anaerobic doesn’t require O2. Also I don’t need gains, I just need to be slim, so the fat pad around my dick can go away. Not that I have decent bonepressed size anyway so I’d still probably be sad anyway.

i was a pack a day++ smoker for 13 years. started getting Jow Forums about 10 months ago. recently all lifting, nutrition, healthy activites and fitness related stuff has become preferred habit.
i stopped smoking about a month ago without even really thinking about it. it honestly hit me like 2 weeks later when i realized i hadnt bought a pack in a while.
now i literally have no cravings. i went drinking last weekend and binged hardcore on smokes, as you do, but the next day and every day since i havent so much as thought of cigs
just make fitness your life and the smokes will whither away
