I can close the #2 for 15 seconds. Is it good?
Work up to the #3 and you'll get a pat on the back by the makers of it
About a year ago my friend gave me a #1.5 and I was able to close it and I believe that now I am stronger than I was back then so maybe I could close a #2.
These things are fun but I'm not going to be increasing my forearm strength anymore because my biceps are small and I'm gonna look like popeye.
>couldn’t close a #1 first time I tried
>deadlifts and chins got me up to 2 reps of the 1.5
>goal is close a 2 in another month or two
>tfw no beowulf grip strength
Where do I buy these big boi grippies? Everything I've seen online is pussy weight
how do I know which one to order if I've never used any of them
ye, what brand is this? Ive never seen any serious version of these things
Captain of the crush
thanks, but i see that they are around 50 euros each here in the netherlands? wtf?
RIPepporoni your dick
When I was around 6 I started training my grip strength because I saw a dude tear a phonebook in half and it's became such a habit that i continue to train my grip almost every day
Pros
>pickle jars are easy mode
>haven't dropped anything since I was 12
>never lost a game of mercy
>can close the #4
Cons
>I've broken a couple of Xbox controllers because I got angry like a retard
>I'm a coward so I'm afraid of holding my gfs hand in haunted houses/stressful situations
>accidentally broke the neck of a goose that attacked me
>still have an awkward obsession with ripping phonebooks in half
>still a wristlet
>somehow my arms are tiny even after all of these years
>not wanting to look like the most based cartoon character of my childhood

this is some grade A autism if I've ever seen it. keep it up user. Also what you going to do when they stop making phonebooks?
I'm getting damn close to closing the 3 so I'm kinda proud of that
As long as I can choke the average woman to death, I'm good.
Pay in money so that you don't have to pay in life quality when a cheap spring coil snaps and sends razor shrapnel into your neck and eyes.
Will training my grip help with my inflammation I tend to get in my wrists and finger tendons or will it only make it worse?
Also where do you even fit grip training? Do you put it with back and biceps? Or leg day since you are pulling up heavy weights and need to grip the bar anyways?
Look for Gold Gym's grip trainers, they are 18€ here in Sweden
Got a 250 lbs one
Not sure, could probably help
You don't fit it anywhere, its just a daily habit
Im going to choke you to death
I haven't thought that far, I guess I'll tear those shitty video game guides you see at walmart
Do it daddy
post a webm of you ripping apart a phonebook please
it was you
what?
soz brah, replied to the wrong comment
Autistic loser
>You lift regularly and have done for a period that can be measured in years
Buy the No. 1 and a cheap one from your local sports retailer. Practice in your gym for grip and with the cheap one to use No. 1 properly.
>Gym experience is irregular and/or cannot be measured in years
Get the one below the No. 1. Should work up to it pretty quickly.
Make sure to get the Expand Bands, or make an equivalent.
Scum
poor fag
Off days, or if you have no off days.
It gives you something to do on your off days at least.
i owned #3 years ago. had a bet with my friend that i can bend it straight and make a knot into it. i won the bet. obviously i could throw it into the trash but i won 20€ and felt like a strongman. was worth it.
years of manual labour are far better then these things.
This never happened.
breh, if you can actually close the no.4 (which i doubt till proven) you have extraordinarily strong hands. It´s the equivalent of crushing a brick in your palm
Manual labor will get you to no1 COC, past that you'll need to train grip
Back and bis sounds about right. Deadlifts, pullups, shrugs and hammer curls are the most popular grip exercises and they're back and/or bis.
once you bend the spiral straight it's easy to make a loose knot with it. it's just small metal after all.
X
Rock climbing twice a week + heavy deadlifts works wonders.
Absolutely based
25 - 30 € in germany,
maybe it's worth importing from here
Tf is wrong with Asian?
lol I can't even do #1 and I deadlift 220kgs
Yeah and they say that most people who lift cant close a #2, bought a #2 and it was a waste of money cause it's too easy
Can you rip someones throat out if you can close #4?
You need claw for that.
What grip strength would be required to strangle a man bare handed?
It's easy. You just compress one cover while you extend the other so you're only tearing 1-2 pages at a time.
You can compress the veins and arteries in the neck with 2kg and 5kg of pressure respectively I believe. To crush the trachea about 10-20kg.

Do it the hard way if you're so great.
this
>be me
>have awesome landscaping job where i get to be outside constantly
>work for old fucks so equipment mostly not allowed
>trip bushes by hand with pruners for 50 properties with pruners twice a year for ten years
>start lifting because at 6'2 and 160 pounds i look like popeye
>lift for 6 years
>175 lbs still look like popeye
im starting to think the giant forearms are permanent guys im a hard gainer so i dont think ill ever be able to catch my body up to the level of development my forearms have.
>could prolly do #2 and close #3 halfway
manlet
