I maxed out the machine and I can't keep my foothold when doing those. I tried skullcrushers and dumbbell extensions and they hurt my elbow. Any other decent tricep isolation exercises?

Dips.
You might be going too narrow on the skullcrushers.
If your elbow is flaring up it helps to take a wider position with your elbows pointing at close to 45 degrees away from your body

You can do them 1-handed. Are you sure you're doing them correctly? They're really easy to cheat. I was close to maxing out the stack, so I looked it up and it turns out I was actually doing dips
