enjoy your rainbow soup

god damn it now I have to ask

Am I gonna shit bricks

IF YOU DONT 2 OF EACH OF THEM AT ONCE YOU ARE NEVER GONNA MAKE IT

I forgot to add something

i

Man I am jelly of the guys making money off these supplements.

I wanna try zinc I heard it gives you crazy dreams

They’re like $10 and they actually help if you aren’t a moron and utilize in your meals / lifestyle

I got flush free cause I’m a pussy and didn’t wanna go through that hot-fire feeling of blood flowing more in my body

I've never had zinc so idk what the hell you're referring to but it sounds like a good time

Oh I was referring to Niacin side effect, Zinc I never tried either but I know I am very deficient

>white marks on fingernails

>white marks on fingernails
Wait, that's zinc deficiency? God dammit, I gotta get some zinc asap.

>white marks on fingernails
I have this too, I'm taking 3pcs 40mg zinc bisglycinate, which contains 10mg of zinc. Recommended is to only take 1pcs.
White spots had reduced, but they didn't disappear completely.
I eat oats every morning which should also contain zinc.
I also supplement magnesium, b6, omega 3 and creatine.
Any advice here?

supplements don't have to have anything in them that's actually listed on the package they aren't regulated by the fda lol

Zinc doesnt do shit for me, i dont feel different at all and my acne doesnt care either. Tried 25mg and 50mg daily, nothing.

The only supplement that really does work for me is Vitamin D3. Its amazing. Doesnt make the depressive episodes go away completely but it makes them happen less often and they go away faster. 10/10.

they are regulated by fda, however just minimally

if you want to develop and sell supplement, all you need to do is to prove that there are no side effects when overdosing, or minimal side effects

Why

Why is it that antioxidants are said to help with aging but everyone says you need to eat them and not just have an antioxidant pill every day. What's the difference?

If you want those then go on no fap for couple days then before the bed take zinc and omega 3.

Crystal clear VR 4K porn in your head.

Haha, I remember those. Zinc dreams feel so real. But I had them only first one or two months of supplementing, after that dreaming went to regular again.

all you need to do is to prove that there are no side effects when overdosing, or minimal side effects

You don't even have to do that.

Chalk up another one who got jewed by the "supplement" industry. Modern day snake oil lmao

If you want crazy dreams eat a few cloves of garlic before bed

I haven't noticed anything since taking fish oil, magnesium, or zinc. But vitamin D3 is a miracle worker, I started taking it like 3 years ago and haven't even come close to getting sick since. I've been around sick people and nothing. It is the real deal, either that or I am lucky.

You mean niacin?
the flush isnt too bad the annoying part is the itching

Just keep doing what you’re doing until everything clears up

>Vitamin D

Doesn’t 5 minutes in the sun do enough?

Cause my body is barely running off of food nutrition alone

If it actually works and i really getting hewed though, took magnesium last month and I slept like a baby

Zinc makes me nauseous as fuck and immediately makes me shit. What do?

ONE NOTHING WRONG WITH ME

>not taking 100mg of flintstones multivitamin

Wow nigger I was the one that recommended the zinc. Good on you for taking the zincpill

I know what the zinc and magnesium are for but what about the niacin

There is something to be said for the way that enzymes react with the food you eat and the expression of the nutrients vs just taking a pill. I took a nutrition class in college and had this exact question.

My professor explained it well with examples but the long and short of it is the way the vitamins/antioxidants mingle with your system is more efficient and useful when derived from food as opposed to supplementation.

That's the best I can remember anyhow.

the niacin allegedly helps with better brain function and I keep getting confused a lot when I am working

Thanks for recommending it

Why not just take the pills with food then?

You have to eat something first, never try it with empty stomach

Nothing you bought is gonna have any major psychoactive effects or anything like that.

Eat better than you dumbfuck.
I can guarantee you look like shit if you're wasting $ on stuff this useless

Don't take mineral like Zinc and Iron on an empty stomach.

Calcium faggot

Learn to Google

How long did you take zink?

White marks on fingernails is caused by minor damage of the nails lad

Recommend Neckhangs x failure

Yes it is and you can test it:

Just keep doing it.It takes time to normalize zinc levels.

I always eat something before and still have issues

You could also be lacking in calcium

That is exactly why many medications are supposed to be taken with food.

Synergistic effects. For example, high doses of vit E increases your mortality rate but in combination with Selen these negative effects disappear.

cmon bro it wasn’t serious

I don’t bite my fingers like a neanderthal, nor do I put them in my mouth

>wasting money
>3 supplements under $40

Damn I’m never gonna recover from that loss

>”Why are my fingernails covered in white spots”
>”You might have a zinc deficiency”

Not even fucking close

same thing happens to me user, shit sucks. Also can't figure out a fix. I get crippling stomach pain after taking zinc, even after dinner.

It is possible you two don’t actually need extra zinc and you might be oversupply he zinc in your body, thus causing these side effects, but I’m not doctor so who knows

Good luck living in Europe during winter and getting a couple of hours of sunshine. 20.000ui equals to an australian surfer spending an entire day at the beach.

pretty long like 4-5 months.

mate it means you hit the root of your nail the white spots appears when you do that, it's just damage to the root, it goes away if you take care of your hands, it's nothing.
