Quite a a few things, but if you eat 36 eggs and 4 oz of peanut butter, you'll hit 99% of your RDA.
You'll be missing out on vitamin C, but you'll still hit the minimum to prevent scurvy on a high-carb diet (10mg) and you don't need that much, anyway, if you're not eating plants.

Vitamin C competes for intestinal absorption with glucose. Glucose is absorbed preferentially. This is why you need much more dietary Vitamin C on the standard American diet (high carb) than you do on low carb.

My vitamin C RDA is custom set to 10mg, rather than 100mg.
