What's Jow Forums's opinion's on swimming? Are the gains good? Should I mix it with Calisthenics?

If you are looking to add cardiovascular exercise to your program, swimming is a great option. Zero risks of injury.

Swimming is the most efficient sports activity to burn calories.

Damages your hair, most swimmers go bald from all the cholorine exposure.

If you stay natty and lean you will never get "big" muscles you will look athletic.

No one at the pool gives a shit what you look like.
